"OK, I got it!"
By the time Scarlett and Cindy returned to the venue, Breanna and Libby had put on their usual look. When they left, Breanna came with Alexander to watch them leave. The woman had a smile on her face.
Scarlett glanced at Breanna with a faint smile. Then she followed Raymond out of the hotel.
"What happened?"
Scarlett had just fastened her seat belt, and Raymond suddenly asked her.
Scarlett didn't want to hide it from Raymond. She played the recording from her phone.
Hearing Breanna and Libby's conversation on the recording, Raymond's face darkened.
The recording finished. Their car drove onto the road Raymond said, "Give me a copy of the recording."
Scarlett raised her eyebrows and looked at him with a smile, "Mr. Shaw, what are you up to?"
"Don't you want to send it out?"
Scarlett was busted. But she didn't feel embarrassed. She admitted it honestly, "I do want to send it out, but not tonight."
Then after a pause, she continued, "I just told Breanna so much for today."
But tomorrow, that would be the beginning.
The traffic light turned red. Raymond turned to Scarlett, "OK, then I'll send it out tomorrow."
Scarlett refused, "No, I'll send it myself."
"Okay."
Raymond didn't insist. He knew Scarlett was not to be messed with.
