Stephen came back home soon after hanging up the phone. He saw Cindy sitting on the sofa. Her cheeks puffed up.
Stephen raised his eyebrows. "Who upset you?"
Cindy glanced at Stephen and grunted. " Why are they so bad? When they bullied Scarlett, no one said they were wrong. Yet now they are all criticizing Scarlett because of such a trivial thing."
Stephen knew that his sister worshiped Scarlett. He was indeed a bit prejudiced against Scarlett in the past, but he realized that they were superficial. It was not a bad thing for Cindy to admire Scarlett.
After all, Stephen discovered that as long as Cindy could learn something from Scarlett, he wouldn't worry that Cindy would be bullied after she was married.
"So why do you bother about them?"
Cindy's lips twitched. "Alexander called me and asked me to remove the post."
Stephen glanced at her calmly. "You didn't post the recording. How can you remove it?
"That's right. I didn’t..."
Cindy was suddenly aware that Stephen was teasing the truth out of her. She hastily covered her mouth, but it was too late.
Cindy couldn't help glaring at Stephen. " Stephen!"
Seeing her like this, Stephen smiled. "I won't scold you."
He paused for a moment. "Scarlett asked you to take the blame, right?"
Cindy was afraid that Stephen would hate Scarlett. She thus shook her head. "No. I just couldn't bear to see it. I did that myself!
Stephen looked at his innocent sister with a sigh. "You’d better learn from Scarlett in the future."
