"Okay, let’s go."
Raymond got up, giving her his hand.
Scarlett put her hand on his palm with a smile. They went out of Tenton together.
Frank booked a room for them at a new restaurant. The first floor was crowded.
Scarlett and Raymond ran into an acquaintance as soon as they entered the restaurant.
Scarlett looked at Alexander not far away. She raised an eyebrow. "Is that Alexander?"
Could she be mistaken?
Scarlett wondered why Alexander suddenly became a waiter in this
restaurant, but she believed that her eyes wouldn't deceive her and she wasn’t face blind.
Alexander also didn't expect to see Raymond and Scarlett here. If he greeted them, his image as a rich man would be destroyed.
No, he couldn't say hello to them or be recognized.
Therefore, when Raymond looked over, Alexander covered his face with a tray and slipped back to the kitchen.
Raymond just glanced at him. "Yeah, it's him."
Only Alexander would do so many weird things.
Scarlett couldn't help chuckling as she saw Alexander hold the tray. "It seems Alexander doesn't want us to recognize him."
Raymond frowned slightly. "Don't pay attention to him."
Yet life was full of coincidences.
Noticing Raymond and Scarlett in the hall, Alexander thought it would be safer to serve dishes on the second floor. He'd better not show his face in front of so many people. Otherwise, he might be recognized by his acquaintances. If his friends asked whether the person in the photo was him, what should he say?
To avoid this problem, Alexander decided to go to the second floor to serve dishes.
