Scarlett went to bed at two o'clock in the morning and she woke up at almost ten o'clock.
The curtains inside the room had not been opened and the room was dim. Scarlett slept too late last night, so she still felt a little drowsy when she woke up.
"Hilla, pull the curtains open."
When Hilla heard Scarlett's command, the curtains slowly slid open. The bright sunlight shone into the room. Scarlett raised her hand to block the sunlight and suddenly lost her sleepiness.
It was lovely weather today. The sun was shining brightly.
Scarlett got up and went to the bathroom to wash up. After washing up, she changed her clothes and went downstairs.
Before she reached the second floor, she heard Raymond answering the phone.
The weather in Juanton City was still a little hot in late September. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the second-floor balcony and the windows in the dining room were open, so Scarlett didn't feel hot when the wind blew in.
Raymond heard footsteps and said to Frank, "I’ll talk to you later." Then he hung up the phone.
"Do you want to have breakfast?"
Raymond put the phone aside and watched her walk towards him.
Scarlett looked at him and said lightly, "I want coffee." "Okay."
Raymond replied and then walked inside the kitchen.
When Raymond came out of the kitchen, he was holding a cup of coffee and a sandwich in his hand.
Scarlett glanced at him, "You made this sandwich, right?"
"Yeah."
He put the coffee and sandwich in front of her.
