Scarlett stood still and stared at the man, and he didn't move either.
"What are you looking at?"
Seeing Chris keep silent, Camille was a bit dissatisfied. She followed his gaze and found a beautiful woman standing at that gambling table not far away.
The woman was devastatingly beautiful with a pair of attractive eyes. She was also looking at Chris.
Somehow, Camille suddenly got nervous. She subconsciously stood in front of Chris and asked, "Do you know her?"
Chris was annoyed by Camille, who was like a fly buzzing in front of him. He looked away from Scarlett and looked down askance at Camille. "I am warning you. Don't follow me anymore!"
Chris's words annoyed Camille at once. " Why? I'm here to have fun too. Where I go is none of your business, okay? The hotel is not owned by your family!"
Chris smiled coldly and looked back at the bodyguards following behind him. "Throw her out."
Well, Camille was wrong. This hotel was really owned by his family.
"How dare you! I will tell Chloe on you!"
"Whatever."
Chris, however, didn’t even look at her. He just turned around and walked away.
Camille wanted to go after him, but she was stopped by Chris's bodyguards. "Sorry, Ms. Lee. This hotel is owned by the Wilson family. Mr. Wilson told us to drive you out. Please leave!"
Camille did not know what to say.
"Hello, Miss. It's your turn to place your bet.
Scarlett, who watched Chris walking away into the distance, came to her senses. She covered the cards in front of her and replied, "Sorry, I have something to do. I have to go."
Scarlett then left directly.
There were many people in the casino. It was not easy for her to catch up with Chris.
She and he were only about a dozen meters apart just now. But when she left the gambling table, he had completely disappeared.
She wondered if she had an illusion.
Scarlett stood still in the crowd. For the first time, she could not tell if she indeed saw Raymond or if it was just her own illusion.
Raymond had disappeared from this world for more than six months.
