The day continued with quiet tasks–cleaning up, sharing a modest meal, and discussing our plans for what came next. We all knew that the road ahead was uncertain, that our wounds, both physical and emotional, would take time to heal. But in that library, with its worn wooden shelves and the quiet murmur of our voices, we began to rebuild the trust that had been broken.
We decided to spend an extra day before we made our next move.
Elijah was the first to speak. His voice was soft and measured, even though he looked tired.
With his right eye still bandaged and his body slowly recovering, he said, “They always knew the key was in the uncharted realm. In fact, that is why the castle was built there. But where exactly the key was they didn’t know. They have been searching for years, Even though they knew only someone of the silvermoon blood could find t.”
We all listened, our faces thoughtful. I could see in Elijah’s eyes the heavy burden of his secrets. He continued, “I also need to tell you about Eira and Savanna’s death.” His tone dropped even lower, and for a long moment, no one dared to speak. Finally, he said, “I couldn’t help them. I tried, but I couldn’t do anything.”
Alex and Austin, who had heard enough pain in his voice before, exchanged glances and then said together, “We already knew, Elijah.” Their words were gentle but firm. It was clear that each of us had felt the sting of loss and betrayal in our own ways.
Elijah’s eyes filled with regret as he repeated, “I couldn’t help them.” The weight of that failure was visible in his slumped shoulders.
I felt my heart squeeze at the sight. Being an Alpha Elijah has always and the instinct to protect so I understand how he felt being helpless to help those around him, especially those closest to him.
Then I spoke up. “We’re going back,” I said, my voice steady despite the swirling emotions inside me. “I know they’re waiting for us out there. I know that when we enter the uncharted realm, our enemies might attack immediately. But I also know the location where to look. I saw it clearly, and I feel my ancestors are guiding me. We will find the key and bring an end to all of this.”
The room fell silent for a long moment as my words hung in the air. Each of us understood that going back into the uncharted realm was dangerous. Yet, the hope of finally finding the key–a key that could end the long years of searching and suffering- sparked a small flame of determination in all our hearts.
Elijah, though still weak and limping slightly, lifted his head and added, “I’m coming back with you. I can walk now. I’m healing, even if it’s slow. My eye is still bandaged, but I will not be left behind.” His voice was quiet but determined.
Isaiah, who had been busy caring for his own wounds, frowned and said, “You still need to heal, Elijah. I’m worried about you. Maybe you should stay here until you are stronger.”
But Elijah shook his head firmly. “No,” he replied, a note of resolve in his tone, “I’m not staying behind. I can walk, and want to help. I’m not leaving you all to face this alone.”
I looked around at the faces of my mates–the tired eyes, the determined set of their jaws–and it felt like the first time I made the decision to look for the lunar keystone even then they were set to go with me.
We spent the rest of that day packing our few belongings, and laying out a plan. Elijah, despite his injuries, moved slowly but steadily
Tomorrow we leave, As I lay in my sleeping bag 1 whispered, “Let’s
forward. Let’s find the key and bring an end to this.”
This was our journey, our fight, and our hope. And no matter how long it took or how many obstacles we faced, I knew in my heart that we would sucteed–together.
The next day as the sky was still dark We began packing up our few elongings with a sense of determined urgency. Time here and

the uncharted Realm was different who knows what time it was there it could be midday or dusk.
As we gathered our supplies–worn backpacks, a few mementos from our past, and the little that still held sentimental value–I couldn’t shake the vivid memory of the mountain. I recalled, in intricate detail, the cave entrance I had seen in my visions: a rugged, weathered wall that shimmered with an otherworldly glow. In my mind, I had visualized the entrance so clearly that every contour of the rocky surface and every subtle nuance of the shimmering light felt as real as the ground beneath my feet.
I closed my eyes, allowing the memory of that mountain and the cave entrance to flood my mind. I pictured the rocky facade, its surface dark and ancient, yet now alive with glimmers of silver and blue light that danced over it like ripples on water. In that vision, the wall itself seemed to pulse with energy, inviting us to step into the unknown.
When I opened my eyes, I felt a stirring within me–a deep, resonant call that felt both familiar and startlingly new. I took a step forward, my heart pounding with anticipation, and focused on that image. Slowly, as if by magic, the wall before us began to shimmer. The very air around the rocky surface rippled as if reflecting a distant, unseen light. The surface grew translucent, revealing a faint luminescence from within. It was as if the cave, hidden behind the wall for untold years, was finally offering itself
to us.
