The Omega Mated To The Four novel Chapter 220

The next morning, I forced the doctor to remove the casts from my legs.

You should wait at least another week,he argued, frowning as he adjusted his glasses. Your ankle is still tender, and you’ve barely started regaining your strength.

I don’t have a week,I said firmly, meeting his gaze with unwavering determination.

The doctor sighed, knowing there was no point in arguing. He reluctantly removed the casts, warning me to take it slow. The moment my feet touched the cold stone floor, pain flared through my ankle, forcing me to bite down a curse.

I could walk, but I had a limp..

Nothing I couldn’t handle.

My mates hovered anxiously around me as I tested my steps, their faces a mix of concern and frustration.

You should be resting,Elijah said, arms crossed tightly over his chest.

I’ve rested enough,I shot back.

Austin ran a hand through his hair, clearly frustrated. Stormi, you almost died. Do you even realize how close we were to losing you?

I turned to face them, my gaze steady. I know exactly how close I was.My voice softened. But I’m still here. And I can’t afford to sit around while our people suffer.

The tension in the room was suffocating. None of them liked this, but they knew I wouldn’t back down.

I grabbed my cloak, wrapping it around my shoulders. I want to see the others.

Rowena raised an eyebrow. Are you sure you’re up for it?

Yes.

And so, with my mates grudgingly helping me when I stumbled, we left my room.

The BunkerA Hidden Sanctuary

The underground bunker was far larger than I had imagined. It stretched beneath the ruins of my family’s castle, a massive space filled with werewolves of all ageswarriors, mothers, children, elders

The moment I stepped into the main hall, eyes turned toward me.

There was shock.

Relief.

And hope.

People whispered my name, some bowing their heads in respect. I swallowed past the lump in my throat. These were the people I was fighting for.

They weren’t just soldiers.

They were families.

Survivors.

I clenched my fists. I wouldn’t fail them.

After walking the length of the bunkerignoring my throbbing ankleI finally arrived at the war room.

Inside, Alphas, Betas, and Gammas sat around a massive table, discussing rescue strategies.

Maps covered the walls, marked with locations of captured werewolves. Names were listed under them, most of them unknown, but they were all my people. They were being held by the human government.

That realization made my blood run cold.

The Shadow Weaver had been free for less than a month, and already, the humans had turned on us.

They made a deal with her,one Alpha muttered, rubbing his temples. In exchange for their own safety, they’re capturing our people and handing them over.

Rowena grimaced. And we all know what happens to those taken by her.

A heavy silence settled over the room. We all knew.

The werewolves taken by the Shadow Weaver were turned into Umbrakinshollow, monstrous versions of themselves. The process was brutal, and most didn’t even survive the transformation.

And now, the human governments were helping her.

Fury burned through me. I slammed my hand against the table, making everyone flinch.

When is the next rescue mission?I asked.

One of the Betas hesitated. Tomorrow night. We have a team ready to infiltrate one of the military camps.

I’m going with you,I declared.

The room went dead silent.

Elijah immediately tensed. No. Absolutely not.

Austin looked like he was ready to strangle me. Stormi, you just woke up from a coma.

Rowena sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. For once, I agree with them. You’re in no condition to be out there.

1 straightened my shoulders. I don’t care. I’m going.

Isaiah’s eyes darkened. You’re not-

1 am.My voice was firm. This is my fight. These are my people. And I won’t sit here while others risk their lives.

Dont be stubborn Stormi.Alex said in frustration,

Rowena exhaled slowly, rubbing her temples. You are the Silver Walk, Stormi. Whether you like it or not, your life is more important than anyone else’s

I clenched my jaw. That’s exactly why I need to be out there.

I looked around the room, meeting the eyes of every leader present How can I expect others to fight if I refuse to do the same? How can I ask them to risk their lives while I hide in this bunker?

No one had an answer. After going over the plans for tomorrow’s rescue. Rowena offered to help me back to my room. As we walked she was the first to break the silence. She gestured for me to follow her, and I did.

Rowena led me to a quieter part of the bunker, away from the prying ears of the council.

She turned to face me, arms crossed. You really won’t back down, will you?
