The Omega Mated To The Four novel Chapter 3

Chapter Three

I arrive at school caked in mud and I have everyone looking at me and laughing.

I quickly parked and secured my bike ready to rush to the restroom so I could clean all the mud off of me. As I head to the entrance I hear a familiar voice call me.

“Stormi!”,Savannah, who was talking to Olivia and two other popular girls, waved and rushed up to me.

Savannah was a girl every guy wanted and a girl every girl wished to be like, with long, sun-kissed blonde hair that cascaded down her back in soft waves, catching the light with a shimmering brilliance.

Her azure eyes sparkled with a lively curiosity, framed by long lashes that fluttered like delicate butterfly wings when she smiled. With a radiant smile that could light up a room, She possessed a natural grace and elegance in her movements.

Her laughter, like tinkling bells in the wind, echoed with an infectious joy that drew others to her warmth and kindness.

“My goodness! Did Alex and Austin do this to you?”, Savannah says and holds my injured arm making me wince, it has stopped bleeding but for a small wound should have stopped healed by now, but I heal slowly even slower than most omegas.

“It’s nothing “, I said and reached into my bag taking out the chemistry homework I did for her “I finished your homework “, I said and handed it to her.

“Thank you so much”, she smiled brightly “I really appreciate it “,

“It’s okay “, I smiled back and said she was the only person that spoke to me kindly while her friends just ignored me and acted like I didn’t exist.

‘Savannah!”Kathleen , another one of the popular girls, calls out to Savannah. Her dad is the head of the patrol guards. “We are going to miss homeroom, why are you always talking to this girl?”She says, drawing everyone’s attention to us. I pull my hoodie up and shrink from everyone’s gaze just hoping to disappear.

“Stormi is a nice person ”, Savannah defends me.

“She’s a slut, that’s what she is”, Olivia said “I see what you’re trying to do, and I won’t let it happen. Stay away from Austin and Alex! Otherwise you’re going to be sorry!”,she warns barely her claws as they protrude from her fingers.

“Let’s just go “, Savannah said and held them both as they walked away.

“I don’t understand why you insist on being friends with that freak”, I hear Kathleen say as they walk away.

Stay away from Austin and Alex? she should be telling them to leave me alone.

My first class is Chemistry which I unfortunately share with the twins and Olivia.

As I walk into my chemistry class the distinct smell of chemicals fills the air, creating a unique atmosphere that sets it apart from other classrooms as I take in the familiar sights . The rows of lab benches, adorned with various new equipment, catch my eye. We must be doing a different type of experiment today. And the most important thing Alex, Austin and Olivia are not yet in, making me breathe a sigh of relief.

I take my seat at the back of the room with everyone looking at me and some of them laughing at my short hair and passing their usual comments. At the beginning of high school their jabs used to hurt me a lot. Mariah said if I wanted I could even drop out and can go and attend high school in the place we will move to but I didn’t want to stop going to school because I loved learning and wanted to one day become a doctor.

This is my last year. I just need to get through it and I’ll never see these faces again, I said to myself as I took a seat.

As I settle into my seat, at the back of the class next to the fire extinguisher and eye wash station, the anticipation of conducting experiments and unraveling the secrets of chemistry fills me with excitement and a touch of nervousness. I love chemistry and its complex chemical equations.

Our Chemistry teacher Mr Kennedy walked in at the same time as the twins. Alex had his hand resting on Olivia’s hip and Austin whispered something in her ear that made her giggle flirtatiously.

Our teacher then started handing out the papers of the test we wrote last week on Friday.

“Ms Brown A++ as usual “, he flatly said before telling us to pair up. Even though we were an even class my partner would always pair up with another group making them three and leaving me with no one to pair with.
