"Be clear about this. I wanted to drug Gu Jingyu, not you!" Lin Che got angrier the more she thought about it.

Little did she notice that her words had turned Gu Jingze's handsome face stone cold.

"Say that again!" Gu Jingze growled suddenly.

Lin Che thought something was not right with his voice. She turned around to see his face all sinisterly dark and icy as he inched closer towards her.

His rough fingertips gently brushed across her lips. Looking into her bright and clear eyes, he said, "Let me tell you. You can't go around complimenting a man that he's beastly."
