Johnny tugged at the corner of his lip, feeling a bitter sweetness in his words, ” You guys are so sweet.” 

Griffon’ cold gaze shifted from Taya’s face to Johnny, “We’ve been together for many years.” 

Many years, such a long time. So, Johnny, what made you think you can take Taya away? 

As he stood there dumbfounded, Johnny suddenly saw Griffon reach out and grab Taya’s chin, leaning down to kiss her lips. 

Johnny unconsciously tightened his grip, his pupils dilated as he stared at their lips pressed together. His heart inexplicably ached. 

While kissing Taya, Griffon’s peripheral vision caught Johnny’s pale face and a cold smile appeared on his lips. 

In front of Johnny, he slowly released Taya and leaned in to whisper softly in her ear, “Thank you.” 

The “thank you” he said referred to how she had just fed him soup. They often had moments like this, so Taya was 

accustomed to it. 

But today, with an outsider present, she felt a bit shy and glanced sideways at Griffon, “Behave yourself…” 

Griffon obediently nodded, “Okay, I’ll listen to you.” 

What’s wrong with this man today? His mouth was as sweet as honey. 

Taya glanced at Johnny, who didn’t look too good. Could it be that her mated wolf was intentionally provoking Johnny? 

Taya had no idea what these two men were up to, so she looked at Griffon, then at Johnny, and finally just focused on eating her meal.

Johnny snapped back to reality, furrowing his brow, “Ask what?” 

Leaning back in his chair, Griffon smirked slightly, “For example, how my wife and I met and fell in love?” 

Taya nudged him with her elbow after eating for a while, “Why talk about these things in front of others? Just focus on eating.” 

Even though it was just a casual remark, the word “others” 

stung Johnny. It was strange, why did he care about her opinion so much?
