“I just like you so much. Alina, I overheard Johnny mentioning something that you want to call off the engagement. He’s full of rough edges, spoiled by me since childhood, unable to talk nice or chase a girl. I’ll apologize on his behalf if he’s done anything wrong” 

“No need. Mrs. Sutton,” said Alina, quickly interjecting to restra Zelda. “Mrs. Sutton, let’s go inside the room first.” 

Kelsey, who was standing beside them, covered her mouth with her hand, shocked at the revelations she was hearing! 

Her good friend was actually engaged to Johnny! 

Who was Johnny? He was the most influential man politically and economically in Cadinia,

Wasn’t it because of Johnny that Barbara was so proud of herself thinking she was the queen of the entertainment industry. and could do anything? 

Consequently, she failed to marry into the Sutton family even after so many years.

Zelda didn’t stay longer when she noticed that Alina still had something to do with her friend, but she exchanged contact information with Alina, stating that if anyone came after her in the future, Alina should call her. 

As Zelda depared, Kelsey exclaimed excitedly. 

“Alina, that’s so incredible! If Barbara knew you were Johnny’s foncée, she’d be funing!” Kelsey was so happy when thinking of that scene. 

Alina playfully patted her on the head and then said, “I have nothing to do with Johnny, Stop talking about that!”

Alina made no reply. 

Johnny was her son’s biological father. 

“Probably in his room,” Alina said, finding it strange that her usually lively son hadn’t emerged today.
