Chapter 504
With a slight stir in her heart, Allison turned to face him, instinctively wrapping her arms around his neck.
In the darkness, Lucian’s eyes darkened. He held her waist, planting a heated kiss on her slender neck.
Beneath Allison was the soft sofa. Lucian rolled over, placing her on top. His lean fingers traced along the silky fabric to her waist, and then suddenly, his fingertips paused. Feeling the lacy cutouts of her dress, Lucian lifted his gaze slightly.
The sofa wasn’t small, but not large either. Allison was straddled on him, feeling a bit unstable; she had no choice but to hold onto his shirt. Her wet, black hair cascaded onto his chest.
Lucian’s fingers lightly traced the lacy cutouts of her dress, gently caressing her slender waist. Through the thin fabric, Allison shivered; she could feel the callouses on his fingertips even through her dress.
Lucian lifted her up and took her to the bedroom. Under the bright light, he looked at Allison. The mint green dress with lacy cutouts made his pupils constrict as if his body was suddenly set on fire. Placing her on the bed, Lucian held her chin. His voice was raspy. “Did you do this on purpose?”
Allison looked at him. “Do you like it?”
“I do.” He lowered his head, lightly nipping her earlobe. His deep, sexy voice murmured, “I like it a lot.”
As the night deepened, desire and the need for conquest piled on.
Her vision was a bit blurry, and her soul seemed to drift out of her body. Lucian was biting her lip slightly punishingly. “Say you’ll never leave me.”
Allison’s thoughts seemed to scatter. “I won’t… I won’t leave you…”
Under the light, his face slowly cleared. “Lucian, you won’t leave me either, right?”
Sweet nothings whispered on the bed always seemed to shatter in reality, but even in the throes of passion, Lucian was an extremely sober man. He cradled Allison’s face, gently kissing her. “Allison, I will give you what you want
Except for marrying her.
In the dark night, Allison’s pupils flickered. She hugged him tightly. As clever as she was, she knew what Lucian meant.
Suddenly, Allison’s mood deflated. She felt a chill spreading through her body.
In a place where Lucian couldn’t see, she gave a self-deprecating smile. Why humiliate herself, knowing she would be disappointed, why did she bother asking?
