The Billionaire’s Secret Quartet (Thalassa and Elowen) novel Chapter 1207

Seeing her parents smile, Elowen's face lit up with satisfaction as she pressed the record button on the camera.

"Daddy looks so cool, and Mommy's so pretty!" Elowen beamed after taking the picture.

Behind Elowen, her three little siblings chimed in with their own praises.

Dorian declared, "Mommy's the most beautiful mommy in the whole world."

"Absolutely," Atticus agreed, nodding along with Dorian's statement.

Sophia added timidly, "And Daddy's the most handsome daddy ever."

"Yeah, the most handsome!" Elowen exclaimed, her voice bubbling with enthusiasm.

Fitch busied himself at the dining table, clearing away after the meal, but his glance kept darting over to the cozy scene unfolding on the couch.

He couldn't help but smile at the sight of Lysander and Thalassa, along with their children, enjoying each other's company. Indeed, the kids were right; Lysander and Thalassa were a sight for sore eyes, a match made in heaven.

Basking in the children's compliments, Thalassa felt a surge of joy but also a prick of danger as she realized her current predicament. Quickly, she stood up from Lysander's embrace and hurried over to the kids, taking the phone from them, "Let me see."

The phone screen displayed a photo of her and Lysander. He was holding her as they sat on the couch, his handsome face partially obscured by her shoulder, his lips curled in a sexy smile, his deep eyes gazing into the camera as if they were looking right at her.

The blend of his stunning good looks and brooding intensity, even in a photo, sent a wave of panic through Thalassa as she locked eyes with his ocean-deep gaze on the screen.

Regaining her composure, she looked up at her mother and nodded obediently, "Okay, I'll sleep with Mommy."

After the children were bathed and tucked into bed, Thalassa spent extra time soothing Elowen to sleep before moving on to the other children's rooms to ensure they too were settled for the night.

With all four little ones asleep, Thalassa prepared to return to Elowen's room to join her for the night, but she was intercepted by Lysander, "You seem to forget how big the master bed is."

Confronted by his intense gaze, Thalassa instinctively took a step back, "I was just trying to soothe the kids. You're injured, and they tend to move around in their sleep. I didn't want them to accidentally kick your leg."

Was she genuinely concerned for him?

The chill that usually surrounded Lysander thawed a fraction, his imposing aura softening as if a wild beast had been stroked into submission, "They're asleep now. It's time for you to get some rest too." His large hand enveloped Thalassa's, and without further discussion, he led her upstairs.
