The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 125

Chapter 125

“Umm… Rosalie subconsciously raised her hand and tried to push Jonathan away. But when her right hand was caught by him, she didn’t think much about it and lifted her left hand again.

When Jonathan’s fingers pressed her left hand. Rosalie suddenly took a deep breath and subconsciously yelled in pain, which made Jonathan kiss more intensely

Rosalie almost couldn’t breathe.

After a long while, Jonathan finally finished the kiss and let go of her hands.

Rosalie felt her legs were a little weak and she almost fell off the chair.

Jonathan held her waist with one hand and lifted her left hand gently with the other. “Rosie, I hurt you, didn’t I?*

Rosalie bit her lip and stared at Jonathan “Why did you do that just now?”

“Because I don’t like to hear you say something that I don’t want to hear.” Jonathan smiled gently and said. “If you still want to say something. I don’t mind kissing you again”

Rosalie was speechless, and she didn’t say anything more. She was afraid that Jonathan would really do that.

Jonathan lowered his head and carefully looked at the red swelling on the back of Rosalie’s hand. The injury on your hand. will take a few days to recover. I’m afraid it is inconvenient for you to stay here for recovery. How about going to my place?”

“What?” Rosalie was shocked. ‘Go to your place?”

“Yeah, the Youngblood Residence. There are many rooms there. You can choose one you like. And we also have many servants there,” said Jonathan.

“No need!” Rosalie quickly refused. “I’m used to living here. Besides, my injury is not serious. It’s not like I can’t take care of myself and need someone to serve me.”

Jonathan’s face gradually darkened, and his beautiful eyes seemed to be covered with sullen haze. “You’re not willing to?”

Rosalie swallowed. She was unwilling indeed.

Living in Jonathan’s place would only let Rosalie get more and more involved in his world. She didn’t want to have anything to do with him anymore!

After hesitating for a while, Rosalie swallowed the saliva and said, “You said you wouldn’t force me.”

“I did, but on condition that you are willing to stay with me. And I’m just asking you to go there for a few days for recovery. I can rest assured by that.” Jonathan smiled “Rosie, do you want me to rest assured?”

Seeing Jonathan’s smile, Rosalie felt there was a mountain pressing hard on her chest.

With the firm determination in Jonathan’s eyes, Rosalie knew that her refusal was useless.

Indeed. Jonathan was the most powerful big shot in Strico. Once he had decided to do something, others could only listen to

hirn.

Rosalie used to be nobody to Jonathan, and now she also had no strength to resist at all.

If Rosalie refused Jonathan now, Jonathan would have 100 ways to make her yield.

Rosalie only heard herself say. “Okay, I’ll go.”

Rosalie simply packed her luggage, which was just some clothes for changing. As for other toiletries, Jonathan said that she could get those at the Youngblood residence, so she didn’t need to take any.

In fact, Jonathan didn’t even want her to take those clothes, but Rosalie said, “I have got used to them. They are quite comfortable.”/

So Jonathan just let her take them.

After packing up her luggage, when Rosalie was about to carry it, Jonathan picked it up first and said, “I’ll do it.”

They walked out of the rental home, and Rosalie walked behind Jonathan.

Sometimes, Rosalie only felt that Jonathan was elusive. Sometimes he could be gentle and nice to you, but in a flash, he would treat you as if he could throw you into hell at any time.

After going to the Youngblood Residence this time, their relationship would become even more complicated.

Rosalie thought, “Why can I sever the relationship between us? I can only wait until he gets tired of me?” Rosalie stared at Jonathan’s back in a daze, and then she looked at the scarf around his neck.

The scarf Rosalie knitted was made of old wool, but she didn’t expect that Jonathan would wear the scarf and gloves she made at such a banquet attended by top celebrities.

Strangely, in the comments Rosalie saw online, everyone was guessing whether it belonged to a new brand or it was a handmade or retro style made by a famous designer, etc. No one thought that maybe the scarf and gloves were just made by an ordinary person with old wool.

Perhaps as Jonathan said before, it was up to him whether the scarf and gloves deserved him or not.

When they walked out of the community, Rosalie saw that a familiar black car had already stopped there. Carlos got out of the car and walked quickly to Jonathan. He took over the luggage bag in Jonathan’s hand.

Jonathan turned around and looked at Rosalie, who was still a few steps behind him. “What’s wrong? Let’s go.” He reached out his hand to her as he spoke.

Rosalie bit her lip slightly, hesitated for a moment, and then walked forward. But she didn’t reach out to his hand.

Jonathan frowned slightly and then withdrew his hand. When Rosalie bent down to get in the car, he also bent down, approached her, and said in her ear, “Rosie, you’re unwilling to hold my hand today, but sooner or later, you will not be able to let go of my hand.”
