Chapter 1316
Rosalie came to a bookstore and wanted to choose some books and buy some stationery for Aiden. Amelia had gone to Lofbury, so Matilda had to take care of the two children alone. Rosalie also wanted to help Matilda take care of the kids.
Thinking of the three-month bet that Amelia had told her, Rosalie couldn’t help but feel a little worried. She didn’t expect Amelia to make such a bet with Warren.
If Warren didn’t undo his hypnosis in three months, it would be too difficult for him to fall in love with Amelia again.
“Why didn’t you set the due longer? Like three years or something?” On the video call, Rosalie said to Amelia.
“If I really ask for three years, maybe he will sue for divorce directly. I guess three months will be his limit,” Amelia said.
“What if he insists on divorcing after three months?” Rosalie asked.
“Then I will divorce him,” Amelia said.
“What about your future…” Rosalie was shocked.
“I will raise Aiden and Zinnia alone. Maybe this is my destiny. I was destined to lose Warren, but in these three months, I want to try hard again. I don’t want to regret it in the future,” Amelia said.
Thinking of Amelia’s determined look on the video, Rosalie sighed again. Then she went to the children’s book section and picked up several books and some stationery. When she was about to check out, she saw Calvin.
Calvin was looking around as if he was looking for something.
As if Calvin felt Rosalie’s gaze, he looked over. Then he calmed down and stared straight at Rosalie.
Calvin’s eyes immediately made Rosalie understand that he must be looking for her just now.
After a pause, Calvin strode towards Rosalie.
“You’re really here!” Calvin stood in front of Rosalie.
“Are you looking for me?” Rosalie was a little surprised.

Chapter 1316
“Passing by the bookstore, I saw your car outside and came in to try my
gar
luck,” Calvin said, glancing at the books and stationery in Rosalie’s hands. “Why did you buy these…”
“They’re for Aiden,” Rosalie said as she walked to the cashier.
Calvin knew Aiden, so he didn’t say anything. He followed Rosalie, staring at her slightly bulged abdomen. It seemed that he was thinking about something.
When Rosalie finished paying the bill and walked to the door of the bookstore, she said to Calvin, “If you have nothing else, I gotta go now. Bye!”
“Wait!” Calvin couldn’t help but stop Rosalie.
“What?” Rosalie stopped and turned to look at Calvin.
“Do you really have to give birth to this child?” Calvin asked in a low voice.
Hearing this, Rosalie smiled and said, “If I can give birth to a healthy baby, why shouldn’t I?”
Calvin couldn’t help but say, “But the price you have to pay for giving birth to it…”
“The baby won’t cost my life,” Rosalie interrupted Calvin. “Look, my health may be slightly affected, but I can have a baby. I think it’s worth it.”
Calvin looked at Rosalie blankly and murmured after a while, “If Jonathan was the one who advised you today, would you be so
stubborn?”
“If it was him, he wouldn’t persuade me,” Rosalie said.
Calvin smiled bitterly and said, “Because he knows you, right?”
Rosalie didn’t speak, but her expression meant that her answer was “yes”.
Calvin showed a sadder look and said, “Yeah. I don’t understand you. No… I never understand you.”
If Calvin really understood Rosalie, how could he recognize her so late? How could he believe someone else when Rosalie needed help most?
It was because Calvin didn’t understand Rosalie that he had missed her!

Chapter 1316
“Calvin, don’t be so obsessed. If you can let it go, you will have a new start. I believe that you will meet a woman who really deserves your love,” Rosalie said.
‘But that woman is not you. Is that what you mean?” Calvin’s voice was
hoarse.
“Yes, that woman will not and should not be me. If you really wish me happy, you should let me go. I don’t want Jonathan to misunderstand us,” Rosalie said.
It was not easy for Calvin to let Rosalie go! But looking at Rosalie’s happy life now, Calvin said, “Okay, I’ll let you go.”
If this was the way to make Rosalie happy, Calvin would try his best to do it.
No matter how unwilling he was and even if he had to pretend to be fine, Calvin would do it for Rosalie.
Looking at Calvin’s faint smile, Rosalie suddenly felt sad. But the next moment, Calvin passed her and got into a nearby car.
The car slowly drove away, and Rosalie lowered her head.
She couldn’t give Calvin any response after all, because the person she loved was never him.
Rosalie went to the concession stand and gave Aiden all the stationery and books. Then she returned to the Youngblood residence.
Back in the bedroom, Rosalie was going to change into her pajamas. The next moment, Jonathan’s arms wrapped around her body from behind, and he kissed her neck.
Rosalie smelled Jonathan’s smell and was stunned. “Jonathan!” she shouted.
He was the only one who could do such a thing to Rosalie in the Youngblood residence.
“Yeah…” Jonathan gently responded to Rosalie. He turned her body around and kissed her lips. His passionate kiss made Rosalie almost breathless.
