The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 366

Chapter 366

When Calvin stood in front of her, Rosalie was a little stunned.

“Why do you look at me like this?” Calvin’s cold voice sounded in her ears.

“What?” Then Rosalie suddenly came to her senses.

“It’s like you are looking for something on me.” He suddenly leaned down and got closer to her. “I thought you were only interested in Jonathan. Is there anything on me that you are interested in?”

She subconsciously stepped back, trying to avoid it.

But Rosalie was wearing a pair of high heels. She stepped back and tilted her heel directly, and the gown on her body became an obstacle that made her fall backward without time to react.

The only thing she could do was to reach out and grab something instinctively!

Bang!

She grabbed the other hand as if she was about to fall off a cliff and finally seized the chance of survival.

The next moment, an arm wrapped around her waist to stop her from falling.

“Are you okay?” Calvin said.

Rosalie stood up straight in shock, panting and staring at the hand held by her.

At this moment, she was holding Calvin’s hand.

She held it so tight!

It was as if the little girl had held the boy’s hand so tightly in her dream.

-Her head… It hurt again!

As if there was a needle, it kept stabbing her head. And the broken pictures appeared in her mind again and again.

“The dress is broken. I like it so much, and it’s expensive. Grandma told me to take good care of it.”

“Then I’ll buy you a lot of dresses in the future, okay?”

“I don’t want other dresses. I like my own dress.”

“I’ll buy you a purple dress in the future, do you like it? I like purple the most.”

“Are there so many flower patterns on the purple dress like this one? I like these flower patterns.”

“Okay, then I’ll buy you a purple dress with many flowers in the future.”

The childish voice kept ringing in Rosalie’s ears. It was in a dream… It was the voice of a little girl and boy.

“Rosalie, what’s wrong with you?” Hearing the questions, she thought, “And this… Whose voice is this? Who is speaking?”

Rosalie’s headache was getting worse and worse as if the whole head were about to explode.

“It hurts…” she groaned in pain.

“Is it a headache? What the hell is going on?” Calvin said. The woman in front of him was pale, and the sweat constantly rolled down from her forehead.

She covered her temples with one hand as if she were enduring some kind of intense pain.

Looking at her like this, Calvin’s heart unconsciously twitched. A feeling of distress spread all over his body from the heart.

“I’ll take you to the hospital now,” Calvin said in a hurry.

But her hand was still holding his hand firmly at the moment.

At this moment, Calvin didn’t feel any pain. All his attention was only on her.

“Rosalie, let go of me first. I’ll take you to the hospital,” he said.

“Let go of you? No, I can’t let you go because… I… I won’t let go of you. I… I’ll take you up there. Hold me tight.”

Rosalie said these words almost unconsciously in the severe pain of her head.

But after hearing these words, Calvin suddenly became stiff. His blood seemed to stop flowing for an instant and even his breathing stopped.

These words…

He stared at the woman in front of him with his dark eyes. His face kept approaching her, trying to listen more carefully to

the vague whisper in her mouth..

He wondered, “Why did she say these words? Only me and that person knew these!”

At that moment, a voice suddenly sounded. “Calvin, what do you want to do to my fiancée?”

The next moment, Rosalie was held in another arm. But her hand still held Calvin’s hand tightly and refused to let go.

Jonathan stared at Rosalie’s pale and painful face with a gloomy look.

“Rosalie, what’s wrong with you?” The gloom on Jonathan’s face turned into worry. “Is it a headache again? Don’t be afraid. It will be fine soon, and it will be fine later…”

A quiet and elegant voice sounded in Rosalie’s ears. His arms hugged her, making her head lean on his chest as if he was coaxing a child.

Jonathan had never coaxed a person like this.

Rosalie was the only one who could make him do this!

“Jon! It’s Jon calling me!” Rosalie thought.
