The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 382

Chapter 382

At the same time, Jonathan wrapped his arms around Rosalie’s waist as his lips crept up to her ear. “Lillian sometimes says something nice.”

“What?” Rosalie asked naturally.

“You’ve chosen a good husband,” Jonathan said.

She took a deep breath as her face suddenly grew redder. “J-Jon…” she even stammered.

“We’ll get married in a year,” Jonathan murmured. He would wait for her for a year and then make her really belong to him.

But why did he feel a year of waiting was too long?

He felt uneasy, afraid that she would leave him if something happened during the wait.

His worry would grow as he fell further in love with her.

Thinking of this, he unconsciously tightened his arms around her.

“Jon, let go of me.” Her face flushed. After all, they were in the kitchen now. If someone saw them… “What if the servants

come in…?”

“No one dares come in here without my instructions,” he murmured, kissing her on the forehead.

Suddenly, she felt her heart racing!

She could even hear it clearly.

“Rosalie.” With both hands on her face, he compelled her to look at him. “You know what? No one will love you more than I do in this world, so just stay with me, okay?”

He thought, ‘Don’t go anywhere.

Don’t care about other men!

Just stay by my side, spending time with me, keeping me company, and relying on me!’

Rosalie let out a little gasp, tears welling up in her almond-shaped eyes, which were radiant, pure, and lovely under the lights in the kitchen.

He couldn’t help but want to submit to her.

At this moment, he somehow understood why those men were willing to do anything to please their women.

He even felt that he would be willing to do ridiculous things for her if she asked him to!

“Okay.” Hearing the word from her, he once more fully understood how he felt about her.

He loved her so much that he wished he could be with her anytime and that her eyes would only look at him.

Also, he felt insecure due to his intense affection for her.

He was worried that she would leave him one day. Maybe she wouldn’t be able to soothe his anxiety until she loved him more and couldn’t bear to let him go.

While holding her phone, Lillian explored the news about Yvette being banned, making sure to comment and repost. Anyway, Lillian felt compelled to attack Yvette with all of her might now for what Yvette had previously done to Rosalie! Therefore, Lillian also shared the related news with her friends and relatives, asked them to help her repost it, and sent a link to Callum on WhatsApp. Then she texted: [Help me repost it on Instagram, and please attach a comment with at least 15 words.]

In the large conference room, a group of senior executives saw Callum looking at his phone in his hands and then showing a strange expression on his face.

Sometimes Callum thought Lillian had been to a lot of his first experiences.

She was the first lady, for instance, who had caused him to drop the guard and feel attached. She could easily gain his trust with a few words.

She was also the first woman to dump him the next day after their date without leaving a word.

She was now the first to send him such a link about entertainment news on WhatsApp and ask him to repost it on Instagram. Had Lillian ever thought about who was on his Instagram list?

However, he had also heard her talk about things between Yvette and Rosalie. He knew that Lillian really hated Yvette.

He was not afraid of offending the Hamilton family. After all, he had offended many people to get this position.

But… Callum squinted slightly and asked Lillian directly on WhatsApp: [Why should I help you?]

A moment later, Lillian replied: [Because you are my boyfriend!] It was followed by an emoji of begging.

Callum was amused.

He occasionally found this woman annoying, but other times he thought she was cute.

Every time he was with her, he appeared to be able to truly unwind and stop worrying about those ploys and schemes.

Because of this, he couldn’t stop thinking about her and would constantly search for her. After locating her, he was unable to exact the retaliation he had anticipated.
