The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 547

Chapter 547

“Jonathan, can I only do what you want? I can’t have my own thoughts or concerns, and I can’t make you angry. You say you love me, but have you ever respected me?” Rosalie said.

He stopped what he was doing and looked up at her. All the emotions vanished from his eyes, leaving only a deep and dark look. After a while, he finally said, “Do you want me to respect you?”

His cold voice sounded in the room with a sense of desolation.

She laughed at herself. “I said something stupid. If you really respected me, I won’t be locked up here.”

“I can respect you and satisfy everything you want. I will do whatever you want me to. But you must love only me. You can’t think about or long for other men,” he murmured.

For him, being able to say such words was already putting himself in a humble position.

But Rosalie just said indifferently, “The premise of you respecting me is me loving you. And if I don’t love you, you’ll control my will, preferences, and thoughts, right?”

His thin lips were compressed into a straight line, and his eyes darkened.

However, she didn’t show any timidity or retreat when facing his eyes. Or it might be that she had retreated enough and didn’t want to anymore. “Jonathan, if this is what your respect is going to be like, then I don’t need it.”

“Really? You don’t need it,” he said in a low voice. Suddenly, he picked her up and walked towards the bed.

She instantly started struggling. “What are you going to do?”

“Didn’t you say that you don’t need my respect? So, I don’t have to respect you, do I?” As he spoke, he threw her directly on the bed and pulled open his own collar with his slender fingers.

His expression and even his tone were faint, but this kind of behavior made her feel scared. The night he brought her here, he had almost done it with her in this very room!

And now…

Rosalie struggled almost instinctively to get up, trying to escape from the bed.

But before her feet touched the ground, Jonathan’s arm had already held her waist again and then pressed her heavily on the -bed. “It seems that I have always respected you so much that you don’t know what disrespect is!”

He kissed her lips as if he was going to devour all of her, taking her breath away.

Although Rosalie struggled hard, it was useless.

Just as she was about to bite him as if he had sensed it, Jonathan suddenly grabbed her chin and cheeks with his fingers. Suddenly, Rosalie couldn’t move her jaw at all. She could only bear his kiss passively.

Her struggle and resistance were completely suppressed by him, which made her scared.

As his kisses went further down, her body trembled uncontrollably, and tears poured out of her eyes inadvertently.

Drops of tears flowed down her cheek and made his lips taste salty.

Jonathan suddenly paused and slowly propped himself up. All he saw was that her face was full of tears, and her body shaking uncontrollably.

“Did I scare her?” he asked himself.

He wanted to scare her, teach her a lesson, and let her know that he was kind to her. He wanted her to understand what she would face if he really didn’t have any respect for her.

But when he saw her like this, he only felt that his chest was stuffy as if he was punishing himself!

He raised his hand and gently wiped away the tears on her face. “Don’t cry. I won’t force you anymore. Not now, and not in

the future.”

Rosalie looked at him in a daze as if she couldn’t believe he would say such words.

In fact, she didn’t expect that she suddenly and unexpectedly would cry so hard. She told herself in her heart that even if he had managed to force himself on her, it would be fine. She could just take it as a ghost pressing on top of her body.

But… When she was really in such a situation where she was completely unable to fight back, scenes from her time in prison would flash through her mind. It was the same as it was in prison; it seemed that no matter how hard she struggled, the pain imposed on her wouldn’t be reduced halfway.

It seemed that in the eyes of those people, she was not a human at all. She was just a punching bag for them to vent their anger on and a tool that could be used to get benefits.

Her so-called human rights and dignity were all being crushed to pieces!

Rosalie looked at Jonathan through the tears brimming in her eyes.

His dark eyes met hers. “Don’t worry. I, Jonathan, am a man of my word.”
