Chapter 798
Jonathan’s dark eyes seemed to have smiled up at the moment. Gently, he held Rosalie’s hand. “You aren’t allowed to be interested in other men. I’m the only man you can be interested in in your lifetime,” said Jonathan.
Rosalie fell into a trance momentarily, thinking, “His dominance remained the same as before.”
“Back then, he didn’t like me being close to other men. He would domineeringly ask me to only look at him and think about him… Thinking back now, it’s romantic,” Rosalie continued to muse.
Suddenly, a trace of pain came from Rosalie’s earlobe. As it brought her back to her senses, she realized Jonathan was biting her earlobe gently. Rosalie trembled. She felt as if all her blood seemed to have gathered at her ear at once.
“Jon, stop messing around…” Her body quivered slightly. Naturally, Rosalie raised her hand, wanting to cover her ear.
However, before she could touch her ear, he had already pressed her hand down with his hand. He changed from biting it lightly to sucking and kissing. “I’m not messing around…”
It was as if he was tasting the most delicious food as he murmured.
Her face was reddening. “Well… I’ve spent quite a lot of money on the gown at the shop today. Is… Is that okay…”
She hurriedly spoke, trying to stop him while distracting her own
attention.
Inwardly, she remarked, “If it goes on like this…”
“Since I’ve given you the card, it doesn’t matter how much money you use. You’ve half of the wealth of the Youngblood family, anyway,” he said. “Aren’t you afraid what I like is only your money?” she quipped.
“Are you?” he asked in a deep voice as he stared intently at her.
The initially intimate atmosphere in the air suddenly became still and quiet, as if the time had stood still.
Jonathan’s gaze looked as though he wanted to see through her.
Suddenly, Rosalie felt her throat seemed to be a little dry and hoarse. “No,” she responded to him with this answer.

He smiled faintly. “I know you are not. If you were, we wouldn’t have had so many twists and turns back then.” After a pause, he played with her fingers and added, “I heard from Carlos that you met Agyness in the gown shop today. Did she irritate you?”
“She angered Lillian. But in the end, it considered that I irritated her,” said Rosalie.
“You don’t have to be bothered by her. Treat her as an idle person financially supported by the Youngblood family. If you think that her presence upsets you, I can give an order to ensure she doesn’t appear in front of you again.”
“It doesn’t matter whether she appears in front of me or not. The key is that she shows up in front of you. Don’t say that you can’t tell she’s using her daughter to go after you,” Rosalie said straightforwardly.
“I’m not interested in her. She’s just Wrenna’s mother. The Youngblood family promised to raise Wrenna till she reached adulthood. We, too, promised not to separate the mother and daughter,” said Jonathan. Sure enough, Jonathan knew what Agyness was going after. To him, it was akin to watching a buffoon’s performance, as Agyness could not affect him at all. Hence, he was not bothered to deal with her.
“But don’t you think what you did is indirectly giving her some hope? It makes her think she may achieve what she wants,” Rosalie said.
“Then what do you want me to do? Directly disfigure her face? Or make her only lie in the hospital for the rest of her life? So she won’t dare to give it much thought anymore?” Jonathan questioned.
He remained indifferent as he said such bloody and violent phrases. It was as if those were easy tasks for him.
“No. You don’t have to do all this. Just let her know that you are mine. That’s it. Stop giving her hope. If she has any other intention and wants to do something inappropriate, I’ll deal with her myself,” Rosalie replied.
“Anyhow, toothbrush and husband can never be shared!” Rosalie exclaimed inwardly.
Jonathan raised an eyebrow slightly. “Am I yours?”
The redness on Rosalie’s face that had just faded appeared again. Yet, she did not avoid Jonathan’s gaze. Instead, with a solemn expression, she confirmed, “Yes. You’re mine. You’re my husband.”
At that moment, Jonathan’s eyes glinted with a touch of tenderness that

he had never noticed himself.
He had always been used to controlling. If others said so, he would probably detest it so much. However, Rosalie said it made him feel inexplicably happy and satisfied.
“Why are you so sure that I must be yours? Aren’t you afraid that I will fall in love with other women?” he asked as his thin lips parted.
Rosalie bit her lip slightly and pondered for a while. With a serious expression, she stated, “Then, I’ll try my best to win you over. But if you love another woman so much that you can’t give her up, then I’ll leave quietly. I’ll preserve my dignity and be decent to you.”
“If one day, he falls in love with someone else, then he, too, is no longer the Jon whom I love. In this case, it’s better to set each other free,” Rosalie thought.
Meanwhile, Jonathan’s expression instantly changed when Rosalie
finished her sentence. Immediately after, he held her tightly in his arms. The satisfaction and joy he had just felt turned into fear. He was so scared that even his body was trembling slightly.
“What’s wrong with me? I’ve decided to love this woman… But her influence on me is obviously greater than what I’ve thought. Will all her words and deeds affect me so deeply?” Jonathan ruminated.
Then, he asked, “Who gave you permission to leave? Since you’re back at the Youngblood residence, you have to stay with the Youngblood family forever!”
Rosalie only felt that Jonathan’s hug was unusually tight. He hugged her so tightly that it made her breathing lose its steady rhythm. At the same time, she noticed that his body seemed to be still trembling.
