He couldn’t deny that Aurella was a picture of pure beauty, with an aura that concealed her cunning nature. 

“Good Morning, Mr. Leopold!” Aurella greeted him with a subtle smile, her gaze taking a quick tour of his 

attire. 

He was donned in a bespoke plaid sult, casual yet dignified. 

With his tall and well–proportioned figure, he could make any outfit look downright perfect, setting a new bar 

for fashion! 

Elowen came running from behind, her Versace couture dress and frosty rose makeup made her a real head–turner. 

“Leopold, why didn’t you wait for me?” 

Leopold frowned slightly, his face showing a hint of impatience, “I’m busy, Elowen. Go on your own.” 

“I want to go to the jewelry exhibition too.” She pouted, determined to accompany him, always by his side. 

Aurelia couldn’t help but recall the events of last night, sticking out her tongue in jest before politely greeting, “Good Morning, Ms. Elowen.” 

Elowen shot her an annoyed look, eyes landing on Aurelia’s dress, “A Chanel Couture? What a waste on you, pearls before swine.” 

She was determined to be the most beautiful and dazzling woman at the exhibition, stealing the show. Especially from her rival. 

Leopold’s gaze intensified. 

Had the penny–pincher actually spent a fortune in order to secure a director’s position? 

Aurelia had already expected Elowen’s snide remarks. 

Every dog had its day. 

She responded coolly, “Ms. Elowen, If a person is beautiful inside, they will shine no matter what they wear. Otherwise, it’s just a gilded lily.” 

Elowen was fuming, “Beauty is beauty, and ugly is ugly. Don’t try to sugarcoat it. You, with your lack of taste, will look ugly no matter what you wear.” 

Aurelia chuckled, ignoring her and heading for the car. 

No use arguing with a fool. 

st as she was about to get in, Leopold’s assistant Kevin approached, “Mr. Leopold wants you to share his 

car.” 

Aurelia was taken aback. Wouldn’t that be a bit too crowded? 

She didn’t want to ride with Elowen. It wouldn’t be a peaceful journey. 

Just then, Elowen’s voice echoed from the side, “Leopold, I want to ride with you.” 

Turning around, Aurelia saw Elowen being escorted to the other car by two bodyguards. 

She took a deep breath and quickly got into the car. 

Leopold sat by the window the sunbaki ses 

Aurelia gave an awkward smile, “Mr. Leopold, I was okay with the other car” 

Sharing a ride with him was rather constricting! 

Leopold’s gaze turned serious, “You’re here for a meeting!” 

“A meeting?” Aurelia blinked. 

Oh right, she had misunderstood. How embarrassing! 

Leopold opened his laptop, “This is the new global product launch meeting by Ethereal Gems.” 

Ethereal Gems was the second largest jewelry group, right after Astral Enterprises, and their most significant competitor. 

Aurelia glanced at the new product, her eyes widening.
