After a moment of silence, Delbert finally spoke. “Harriet wants to take over the Munoz Group.” 

Cory didn’t expect that they would argue over such a trivial matter. 

Sometimes, he really couldn’t understand these couples. Did they treat arguments as a seasoning for their relationship? 

“Isn’t this matter easily resolved? Why don’t you just grant her wish? The Munoz Group belongs to her anyway,” Cory said. 

Delbert frowned. “But the company is in chaos now. I don’t want her to get involved in this mess. She just needs to rest well at home.” 

“So, you forbid her to take over the company?” Cory asked. 

Delbert hesitantly nodded. “That’s why she’s angry. She said that I don’t understand her at all and that my so-called protection is not for her good.”

He left because he couldn’t intervene in this matter. He didn’t think was a problem at all. It was Delbert’s stubbornness that caused the discord.
