Francine quickly changed her clothes and ran off to find Pamela right after Annie sent her the restaurant's location.
Meanwhile, Pamela was sewing some clothes for her unborn grandson in her bedroom while praying Corinne would return. She never stopped worrying or missing her, so she tried to keep her occupied by sewing baby's clothes.
Suddenly, Francine barged in. "Grandma!"
Pamela jumped up in fright, causing the needle to prick her hand.
"Francine, why did you scare me like that?" Pamela glared at her, put down the needle, and used a tissue to wipe away the blood trickling down her hand.
Seeing this, Francine quickly walked over to her. "Grandma, are you okay?"
Pamela threw away the tissue and lectured her with a frown, "I'm okay, but sooner or later, you're going to be the death of me. What happened? Why didn't you knock before you came in?"
Francine felt a little guilty for being the reason Pamela hurt herself. She pouted and said, "Sorry, Grandma. I was in too much of a rush."
"Apology accepted. Now, tell me what put you in so much of a rush?"
"Corinne's back!"
Pamela's eyes immediately lit up. "What did you say? Corinne's back? Where is she right now? Quick! Bring me to her."

This book is getting boring now. I loved Jeremy, Corinne, Sonny and Lucas. The story needs to end. or bring back more of Jeremy, etc....
I haven't skipped any chapter at all. Though the story is good, it keeps going back to base one. I think this has no ending at all and somehow after reading more than 2500 chapters it's kinda tiring already. They have drained all the thrills....

my heart breaks for melody, so many ups and downs, i shed a few tears when lucas walked by melody carrying thalia, and melody stayed quiet while watching them leave. i find myself getting into character as if im one. i dont remember ever feeling like that in any other books. im thankful the 10 chapters/day. waiting for the next 10...
