Flustered, Melody tied her hair up. Her hair was somewhat in her way when she danced. "Yes, it's been three years."
"Color me impressed! I have been practicing for so many years, but I may not even be as good as you, who haven't danced in three years, in certain areas."
Even though dancing was a skill that might deteriorate without persistent practice, some people were just born so talented that they only had to practice a little bit to regain muscle memory. Melody was exactly that.
When she was very young, Helen hired a choreographer for her. She also laid the foundation for flexibility at that time. Unfortunately, a lot of things happened, and she never got to pursue it any further. The last time she danced was three years ago when she participated in a school activity.

Lucas also came to watch Melody's rehearsal. He never knew that Melody could dance. When Lucas saw Melody wearing a white dress, dancing gracefully in the studio, he just could not take his eyes off her.

This book is getting boring now. I loved Jeremy, Corinne, Sonny and Lucas. The story needs to end. or bring back more of Jeremy, etc....
I haven't skipped any chapter at all. Though the story is good, it keeps going back to base one. I think this has no ending at all and somehow after reading more than 2500 chapters it's kinda tiring already. They have drained all the thrills....
Great writing! I almost cried when Helen hit Melody! So sad! 😭 can’t wait to see how the relationship with her and Lucas develops though. So tired of the repetitive problems with different people....

my heart breaks for melody, so many ups and downs, i shed a few tears when lucas walked by melody carrying thalia, and melody stayed quiet while watching them leave. i find myself getting into character as if im one. i dont remember ever feeling like that in any other books. im thankful the 10 chapters/day. waiting for the next 10...
