Late at night, Anya secretly snuck in some food for Sunny.
The two bodyguards standing guard at Sunny’s door hesitated to let her in but in the end thought they might as well. They knew Lucas had always given Anya whatever her heart desired.
Therefore, even if Lucas was there himself, he would have let her in too.
Besides, they did not want to risk incurring Lucas‘ wrath. What if Anya went to tell on them?
Therefore, the safest option for them to take was to simply let her in.
When Anya went in, Sunny was lying face down on the bed and crying his heart out.
“Sunny? Sunny, get up. You’ll suffocate like that.”
Sunny was startled to hear Anya’s voice. He immediately sat up straight and wiped away the tears from his eyes. Then, he turned around to face her and said tearfully, “Anya, what are you doing here? How come you’re not asleep?”

This book is getting boring now. I loved Jeremy, Corinne, Sonny and Lucas. The story needs to end. or bring back more of Jeremy, etc....
I haven't skipped any chapter at all. Though the story is good, it keeps going back to base one. I think this has no ending at all and somehow after reading more than 2500 chapters it's kinda tiring already. They have drained all the thrills....
