Chapter 240
Olivia handed her a tissue and asked, “Why are you here?”
“It’s not that serious, is it? She knew I was having a PTSD attack, not dead, but she still cries so hard,” thought Olivia. “Jameson came over for dinner and got Ezra’s call. I rushed over with him. How did this attack happen?”
“Something happened. But I’m fine now. You can go home.” Olivia glanced at the door. William didn’t come to her the moment she woke up, and she wasn’t used to that.
“You heartless girl, do you know how worried I was about you outside? I know you’re in a hurry to see your dear husband. I’ll bring him in.” Chelsea stood up, looked understanding, and walked out.
Olivia hastily stopped her. “Don’t make it any worse. I don’t want to see anyone. I’m going to sleep.”
“Are you sure you don’t want to see him? Mr. Kinsman has been waiting for you outside all night. His eyes are red.”
“No, I don’t want to see him.” Olivia waved her hand. Why didn’t he come in if he wanted to see her? Was he waiting for an invitation?
Forget it. She wouldn’t see him tonight.
Remembering what Jameson had said about not stimulating Olivia emotionally, Chelsea said nothing more. She put on slippers and went back. “I’ll sleep with you so you won’t have nightmares.”
“I rarely have nightmares lately.” Olivia moved inside, making room for Chelsea.
“Why? Is it because of William?” When Chelsea mentioned William’s name, she watched Olivia’s reaction and was relieved to see that she was calm and collected.
“Maybe.” Olivia suddenly thought about the sleepwalking that had started to happen lately, and she was beginning to suspect that it might really be because of William.
Could it be that she longed to sleep with William from the bottom of her heart?
She suddenly blushed.
“Hey, I’m lying next to you. Why are you in heat?” Chelsea touched Olivia’s arm.
Olivia came to her senses and said seriously, “I wasn’t.”
“Don’t tell me your face is flushed because the room is too hot. I’m still shivering. Tell me, did you just think of a sex scene between you and William? What’s his body like?”
“Mm, I think he’s better shaped than Jameson is.”
“Jameson is a flail handsome boy. They’re not the same type.”
“So you’ve seen his body before?”
“My eyes are sharp.”
On the 88th floor of Elite International, William received a call from Marshall.
“Mr. Kinsman, Ethan Pratt bailed out Jodie Pratt.”
“Since Jodie Pratt needs a man so badly, let’s find her a good husband,” William said.
“But she is deeply loved by her family. I’m afraid they won’t agree.”
“When she is out of favor and no longer useful to her family, nobody is going to care about this.”
An idiot like Jodie would get herself killed, even if William did not take care of her. It was only a matter of time before her family abandoned her. However, since she had offended Olivia, he did not mind making it happen now.
“I know what to do, Mr. Kinsman.” Marshall hung up and immediately ordered his men to make preparations.
Mrs. Kinsman was the most important person to Mr. Kinsman right now. Jodie was not going to end well, having offended Mrs. Kinsman,
Although the Pratt family owned a large family business and was very influential internationally, Melburgh was controlled by the Kinsman family.
Olivia opened her eyes and saw two pairs of big, happy eyes and two cute faces. She was suddenly awake.
“Mommy, you’re awake! Are you hungry? Are you thirsty?” Ezra lay on Olivia and asked eagerly.
Luci took a gla** of hot milk and handed it to Olivia.

Olivia took it and took a sip. “Thank you, Luci
“Mommy, Mommy, I heated the milk. I got up early in the morning to heat it up for you!”
“Thank you, Ezra.”
“Mommy, you’re welcome. We’re a family. Daddy made delicious pancakes. I’ll get some for you.” After saying that, Ezra ran out excitedly.
After Olivia got out of bed and washed up, Ezra and Luci came in, each holding a plate of pancakes. She stuck her head out and looked behind them, but she didn’t see William. She was a little confused.
“Daddy went to work,” Luci explained.
Olivia nodded and happily had breakfast with her two sons.
In the living room on the 88th floor, William was watching Olivia’s real-time surveillance feed on his tablet with loving
eyes.
Jameson got goosebumps and quickly went to the kitchen to get breakfast that Chelsea had made.
In Dawn Villa.
After taking a shower, Jodie stared at the red marks on her face in the mirror and gritted her teeth in hatred.
She was the most loved child of the Pratt family and had been pampered since childhood. Many international celebrities had tried to flatter her, but she wouldn’t even talk to them.
But she had lost to an ordinary woman!
“Jo, are you asleep?”
When she heard her brother Ethan’s voice, Jodie quickly wiped the look off her face, opened the door, and threw herself into his arms. “How can this be? I’ve just arrived in Melburgh and someone is making things difficult for me. Is that person our family enemy?”
“Everyone knows that you are the apple of our eye. No enemy of our family would dare to hurt you on purpose.” In fact, Ethan had done a thorough investigation on this. He even knew what had happened at the International Council of Nonprofits.
Pampered, Jodie was willful and arrogant. He feared she had already become an unreasonable, evil person.
However, even if that was the case, he wouldn’t let anyone bully her.
“Who could it be? I’ve just come to Melburgh, and the only person I’ve offended is the chairwoman of the International Council of Nonprofits. At that time, to show the importance I attach to the Council, I personally delivered the information, but those people looked down on me, mocked me, and even kicked me out.
“Of course, my bodyguards did their job to protect me. I’m afraid that’s when the chairwoman started to hate me.”
“Do not be afraid. I will uphold justice for you. I will not let you be wronged without revenge.” He smoothed the hair from
her ear.
Jodie beamed. “I know you are the best, but the chairwoman knows William. I’m afraid he’ll protect her. That woman is very coquettish and she often makes eyes at William…”
“Do you think our family is afraid of the Kinsman family?” Ethan didn’t seem to take it seriously.
That night, Ethan searched for the chairwoman. His eyes stayed on her photo for a long time. Soon he dialed the number on the website.
“Miss Clarke, I am Jodie Pratt’s brother. Jo didn’t mean to offend you. She is just too young. I would like to apologize to you on her behalf. Miss Clarke, is that okay?”
