After offering his power to it day after day, there was a strike and a half stored inside the cuff. The complete strike reached the power of the Intermediate Almighty State; the half strike was only in the Semi-Almighty State but was not far from the Initial Almighty State.

Since there was a limit to how many times the cuff could be used, it would be challenging if the Golans decided to fight Leon one by one. Hence, Leon purposefully attempted to provoke them into attacking him all at once so that he could use the Cuff of Doom on them all at the same time.

"How insolent!" Seth sneered in contempt when he realized that Leon intended to face the Fourth Elder and the others on his own.
