Chapter 1999
Poisonwielder's movement did not escape the Dragon Corps' attention, and they had come to conclude that he was targeting the motherwort to increase his power or strengthen his poison.
The Dragon Corps instantly dispatched a group of martial artists over to the Tiddertons Mansion to protect the Tiddertons from Poisonwielder and also search for him.
Since Poisonwielder was extremely skilled in hiding himself, none of the martial artists sent by the Dragon Corps had managed to find him in the past two days. On the other hand, Poisonwielder dared not attack the Tiddertons due to the Dragon Corps' interference.
Leon had arrived at the Tiddertons Mansion along with the others based on the information he received from Alfred.
They went into the living room and spotted dozens of martial artists from the western region Dragon Corps, along with the elders of the Tiddertons, who were gathering to discuss strategies to be used against Poisonwielder.
When Leon, Scott, and the others arrived, the members of the western region Dragon Corps were overjoyed and hurried over to meet them.
The leader, an intimidating old man, greeted Scott warmly.
"Scott, it's been a while! We've been waiting for two whole days for the backup from the southern region to come!" The old man pouted.
He was Fletcher Caldicot, a Fifth-level Platinum Dragon Guard, and also the leader of the martial artists in the western region gathered to eliminate Poisonwielder.
He knew that Scott had reached the Initial Almighty State and was one of the top martial artists at that level because he was not far from reaching the Intermediate Almighty State. On top of that, Scott was experienced and knowledgeable after all the years he had worked for the Dragon Corps, so that made it more likely for them to succeed in eliminating Poisonwielder with Scott's support.
"Um... Fletcher, that's not the case! I'm not leading the team from the southern region. Mister Wolf is our leader." Scott smiled sheepishly.
"Mister Wolf? Who's that? I've never heard of such a person," Fletcher asked in a surprised tone.
He had worked with the southern region Dragon Corps a few times in the past and knew quite a few of the Platinum Dragon Guards but had never heard of anyone with the last name Wolf.
