Jensen sided with Leon multiple times during Jaxon's bouquet and Felton held a grudge over it.

Seeing as the Dagleshs interfered and stopped the Apostles from fighting Leon, he immediately knew that they wanted to help Leon and Felton saw no point in being polite with them.

"So what if that's what we are going to do? Felton, you targeted Mister Wolf multiple times and even tried to harm him during Mister Peaks' bouquet. Mister Wolf defeated you and he only let you go because Miss Morrison and I put in a few good words for you. Yet, you didn't learn your lesson and continue to target Mister Wolf. Don't you think you're out of line here?" Jensen scoffed.

He and Renee were the ones who convinced Leon to let Felton go and he thought that Felton would have learned his lesson.

To his bewilderment, Felton's actions continued to escalate and even an outsider like him was enraged by Felton.
