"Miss Morrison, I'm sorry, but I have a reason to use a fake name.
I didn't mean to toy with you or lie to you.
Please forgive me," Leon smiled and apologized.
"Reason? What reason?" she asked in confusion.
"Well," Leon hesitated.
"Forget it if you don't want to tell me," Renee was rather disappointed as she could not tell if he was lying or had a reason to hide his identity.
"Well, I can tell you about it if you want to know.
Part of my reason for coming here is to search and track the Southern Boss down," Leon explained thoughtfully.
He merely hid his identity to avoid alerting the Southern Boss.
However, the circumstances changed.
He already found the Southern Boss and since Felton exposed him earlier, he could conclude that the Southern Boss knew he was in the western region.
Since everything was out in the open, it would not hurt for him to tell Renee the truth.
"I see!" Realization dawned on Renee.
Besides, he came to the western region to find the Southern Boss and to expand Cynthion Group's market.
By the time a branch was established and he hosted a sales drive, he would eventually have to present himself as Leon.
Therefore, he decided to abandon his identity as Hugh and begin to interact with others as Leon.
It was bound to happen sooner or later.
"Good!" Renee was relieved that this did not affect Leon.
Yet, Leon kept addressing her formally and she felt annoyed by it.
