Philip was startled and looked at Ludo nervously.
Lord Ludo looked down at Philip’s hand, and his face flushed red immediately…
Smack!
A crisp slap resounded throughout the suite!
A few minutes later, the drone got shot down, and Lord Ludo crossed his arms angrily. He glared at Philip who had a few slap prints on his cheeks and warned, “If you dare to reveal my identity, I’ll tear you apart!”
Philip felt aggrieved. He rubbed his burning cheek and said, “Wait a minute, you’re a woman, so why do you dress up as a man?”
“It has nothing to do with you!” Lord Ludo shouted angrily.
Philip grumbled under his breath and suddenly thought of something. He said with surprise, “Oh, I remember. Were you in the pool…”
“Shut up!” Lord Ludo glared at Philip and picked up the fruit knife as if he was going all out!
Philip quickly backed away and said, “Okay, geez! A gentleman doesn’t fight with a lady. I’ll help you keep it a secret.”
Lord Ludo glared at Philip and said, “Remember what you said. If I find out that you didn’t keep your promise, I’ll kill you!”
Philip raised his eyebrows and asked, “I’m curious. Who wants to kill you?”
Hearing that, Lord Ludo scowled and said, “This isn’t something you should know. It’s my business.”
Philip shrugged and said, “Then let me take a guess. Is it someone from your Heavenly Court? You seem to have such a high status there that they don’t hesitate to kill you here.”
Seeing Philip sitting nonchalantly on the sofa, Lord Ludo scowled fiercely. However, he glanced at him and said, “It has nothing to do with you! Please leave!”
Philip said, “Okay then, but we can work together. I hope you’ll think about it.”
