Stella smiled again. “I think of you as a friend, so it’s natural to call you that.”

The guest director chuckled and waved dismissively. “I’m too old for this. I’ll let the younger folks enjoy it.”

Davina smiled. “Sure, I’ll join.”

Kennedy simply said, “Whatever.”

The host hit up “Great! Davina and Mr. Sawyer will be added as sixth players to each team! But to keep it fair, the captains get the final say on whether the guests play!”
