The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage novel Chapter 2436

Frank then said, "But I must say one thing—we're going for a month at most, and we have to return by then!"

"Not a problem!"

The ladies all nodded—a month was a long enough break for them to properly unwind!

With that, they strode out and ran headlong into Demi.

They had no idea if Frank would really agree to the trip but were at least prepared for it and did not send Demi away. And now, they could just bring her along!

Jada then called for a bus, since there were too many of them to fit into a Rolls-Royce.

It actually looked no different from the ordinary bus, but it had more than what met the eye.

Each seat had massagers, and the interior from lighting to wallpapers were top-class. The hand-grips were golden and obviously cost a ton too.

Alda giggled. "And people call me a wastrel, when you're the best at it, Ms. Turin!"

"You flatter me, Ms. Ingram." Jada smiled. "I'm only spending by necessity, while you basically spent your family fortune chasing Mr. Frankton's affections!"

"I still won't measure up to you, not holding back from putting your life on the line for him," Alda retorted instead of flushing like she usually would.

As the cheerful conversation continued for a while, Meg whipped out a deck of playing cards and asked, "There's some time before we get anywhere, so how about a round of cards?"

"Alright!" Everyone was immediately interested.

On the other hand, Demi asked quietly, "How? There's so many of us."

"Hold'em poker, of course! And we're betting shots instead of money to liven up things. How about that?"

Everyone nodded aside Demi, and Meg noticed. "Not interested, Miss Oakleaf?"
