Matthew started frowning. "Of course, I've had a partner before, but what does that have to do with anything?"
Upon hearing Matthew's response about him having experience with women, Renae's eyes lit up. Since it was past tense, it probably meant he was single at the moment.
Renae giggled. "Since you had experience with women, you should know the guy's code, right?"
Guy's code? Matthew was puzzled. "What code?"
Renae's turned beet red at the question. She couldn't face Matthew's curious gaze and darted her eyes everywhere.
Blushing, she playfully replied, "Why can't you get it? It's obvious. When your wife is angry, you have to do that with her. When she's not being affectionate, do it with her. Since you have experience with women, you can't seriously not know this, right?"
Matthew exclaimed with a drawn-out "oh" in realization. He understood completely. After all, he often said stuff like that to Rachel all the time.
He would always advise Rachel to engage in that kind of thing. Just a taste of it, and she would feel amazing.
Earlier, Matthew didn't connect the ads with this perspective, and he blamed it on the lines being poorly written. That was why he wouldn't see it in that picture.
He shook his head slightly and remarked, "If your wife is upset, why not take care of it yourself? Why do you need to find Sebastian? Doesn't that sound a little strange? Isn't it just ridiculous for someone to marry a wife and find Sebastian for that purpose?
Renae broke into laughter. "Basically, he's saying if the wife is unhappy, it might be because she's not satisfied in the bedroom. The husband could have health issues, so he needs to consult Sebastian for treatment."
Oh. So that was how it was.
Matthew felt speechless. "The ad is so subtle that I think the doctor is running out of business. Unlike this, other doctors keep their ads simple.
"For example, 'say goodbye to erectile dysfunction with our traditional formula where one pill is all you need'. Or they might promote their miracle oil as the perfect boost for men.
"You might even see ads claiming their kidney boost is your biggest win in your bedroom."
Renae seemed to take a liking to this ad and praised it with a smile, "This ad is not bad. It's discreet, playful, and a little cheeky. Dr. Campbell must be a smooth and charming guy.
"I believe he can be humorous too. These days, there just aren't many men like that. Come on! Let's go inside and get to know him.
Matthew had to acknowledge the ad's subtlety. "Sure. I'm curious to find out how suave and refined Sebastian was."
Renae walked to the glass door and stood there as she waited for Matthew.
