The Great Medical Saint (Matthew) novel Chapter 783

Nathan continued, "I'll lay out a way for you. Usually, I charge 500 thousand dollars for it. But for you, it's on the house because I've been in your shoes. Seeing you reminds me of myself back then, so I'll map out a plan for you with no cost."

Oswin couldn't believe his ears. An assassin was something straight out of TV shows and movies. He couldn't believe he had run into one.

He then realized that assassins truly made serious money. It took half a million dollars just to draft out a plan.

Oswin would likely never have that kind of money, so he got a little worked up. "T-Thank you so much."

Nathan was sitting on a bench by the roadside. "What do you do for a living?"

Oswin replied without hesitation, "I'm an electrician."

Nathan nodded slightly. "Being an electrician makes things easier. How does your wife get around?"

Oswin wasn't sure why Nathan was asking, but he answered anyway, "She rides an electric scooter."

Nathan didn't even have to think hard about it. He immediately came up with at least ten ways to kill a person with an electric scooter and make it look like an accident.

He just went ahead and suggested one approach, "People who ride electric scooters charge them overnight and unplug the charger in the morning. That's when they tend to be careless. All you need to do is sprinkle a bit of salt water under the plug, preferably in an inconspicuous spot. When she unplugs it, that's when she'll be done for."

Oswin was thrilled. "I like the idea. Salt water conducts electricity well. I—"

Right then, he realized something was off. "If I use salt water, it'll leave traces. What should I do?"

Nathan calmly responded, "What I just told you is part of the plan. The whole thing isn't that simple. You'll need to start with taking out the surveillance. Only then do you use salt water as a conductor to set up the trap. Your third step comes after she's dead. You'll show up at the scene and check things out in front of everyone.

"Sneakily wipe off the salt water with your sleeve. After that, call the police. That's the final part of the plan."

Oswin felt a rush of excitement. He couldn't believe that wiping away the evidence was part of the plan.

He sincerely appreciated Nathan. "Thank you. As long as I can kill those two, I'd gladly die for it."

Nathan chuckled. "I only have one request. After everything is done, give me a call and tell me how it went. I want to know what happened to them."

In truth, he couldn't care less about their fate. His goal was to have Oswin reach out to him afterward. Hopefully, when Oswin killed his targets, he wouldn't keep thinking about ending his life.
