The Great Medical Saint (Matthew) novel Chapter 846

Tony glanced at Allen, puzzled. "You're from Eastoria?"

Allen's tone turned icy. "Scared? Not that it'll help. You're as good as dead!"

Tony's face showed a flash of disdain.

"Maybe if I were young and Eastoria was still strong, I might actually be afraid. But times have changed. Now, you Eastorians live in constant fear, worrying that one day, we'll come to settle old scores!"

Allen's face flushed with anger as if someone had struck a nerve.

He snapped, "I'm talking about you and me, not our countries, old man! You're about to die by my blade. Are you scared?"

With that, Allen drew his blade from its scabbard. Its long, narrow edge gleamed with a chilling light under the lamp, filling the room with a deadly atmosphere.

Tony stood tall, unshaken. "Scared of you? What's there to fear from a thief?"

Allen's gaze turned icy. "Cafranian, who are you calling a thief?"

"I'm calling you a thief," Tony said scornfully.

"Eastorian medicine can't compare to our traditional medicine. If you wanted to learn it, you should've come and respectfully asked to be taught. Maybe we would've shown you a few things. But instead, you chose to be a thief and steal our medical literature. And you dare deny you're a thief!"

Allen's face contorted with rage. He shouted, "Our Eastorian's Willoris medicine is renowned worldwide. How dare you slander it?"

Tony sneered, "If Willoris medicine is so great, then why are you going to such lengths to steal my Vital Restorative Remedies?"

"How dare you!" Allen's face turned red as he was unable to come up with a reply.

His murderous intent surged as he growled, "Old man! I'll cut that mouth of yours to pieces!"

He raised his blade, ready to strike. Just then, strange noises echoed from the courtyard, like people losing their balance and falling.

Allen tightened his grip on his blade and turned to look. He saw that everyone he brought had collapsed on the ground, clutching their throats and writhing in pain.

A young man emerged from the darkness, stepping over the fallen bodies as he made his way into the light. He moved like an unsheathed blade, exuding a sharp murderous intent that was hard to face.
