The greatest man alive novel (by Maverick Bowman) novel Chapter 122

Everyone was shocked.

This Ms. Alexandra actually sat on this man’s lap!

Who on earth was he?

“Alexandra, why don’t you toast to Mr. Nathan?!” Louie reminded her with displeasure.

Alexandra came back to her senses and hurriedly picked up the wine bottle to pour wine for Nathan.

She smiled. “Mr. Nathan, I’m very sorry for what happened last time. I didn’t expect you to come here again! What an honor!”

Nathan calmly said, “It’s okay. I’ve already had enough. So I won’t drink anymore…”

Alexandra didn’t mind his rejection at all. She drank three glasses of wine, and her cheeks were flushed.

“Since you don’t want to drink, I finished three glasses to show my respect!” Then, she turned around and poured another three glasses for Luna. “Luna, toast to Mr. Nathan.”

Luna was shocked. She didn’t understand why her sister had to toast this man, and he also seemed rather close to Louie. Luna didn’t dare to ask, so she drank three glasses in a row without saying anything.

Everyone was shocked by this situation and couldn’t come to their senses.

“Everyone is free to drink today. I will waive the bill for you to show respect to Mr. Nathan,” Alexandra smiled.

At this moment, Jerome’s expression was like a drama. He was numb, shocked, and terrified.

Louie smiled at everyone and said, “Thank you for supporting Alexandra and coming to this bar for a drink. I, Louie Caslen, will have a drink with all of you!”

“Louie? You are Mr. Caslen! Oh, my…”

“Mr. Caslen is Nathan’s friend? He wants to drink with us and even waives our bill?”

“This… This is incredible!”

Everyone was shocked for a while. Then, they raised their glasses and drank with Louie cautiously. Jerome was desperate. He was pretentious and said he would introduce Louie to them, but Louie had already come over to drink with Nathan!

“Mr… Mr. Caslen, I… I’ll offer you a toast!” Jerome held his glass and said tremblingly.

“Don’t! How can I accept your toast if you don’t toast Mr. Evans first?” Louie shook his head and pointed at Nathan.

Luna was very confused. Louie had always been influential and domineering, so she didn’t understand why he feared this ordinary man so much.

The smile on Jerome’s face froze.

He forced a smile and said, “Mr. Evans, I was very rude. I’m sorry. Please let me toast you!”

Nathan shook his head and said, “I see, but I’ve drank enough for today…”

“Well, okay…” Jerome didn’t dare to say anymore.

Louie respected Nathan very much, so Nathan must be a big shot that he couldn’t afford to offend. He thought about his arrogance and stupidity and felt like someone had slapped his face hard. The slap wasn’t real, but the pain was too much.

Jerome lowered his head and probably never wanted to show up in front of Angelina again.

“Ms. Hopp, I can’t drink anymore. I’ll leave now. Thank you for the hospitality,” Nathan tidied his clothes and walked out with a smile.

Angelina also stood up and said, “I’m also done. I’ll go with you…”

Louie, Alexandra, and Luna also stood up in a hurry to see them off to avoid offending them.

Jerome and the others sat in a daze. Their faces were full of embarrassment and panic.

How come this bumpkin has such a big background…
