Chapter 237 Get a Room

It rained heavily.

The rain completely isolated the newsstand from the world.

When being hugged by Nathan to hide from the rain, besides feeling shy and restless, Gussie felt an unprecedented sense of

security.

But his thing pressed against her made her uncomfortable and afraid, wanting to break free from his arms and run into the

rain.

“The rain is really heavy…”

Gussie turned to look at the heavy rain outside, repeating this sentence to ease this awkward situation.

“Yeah, it’s raining heavily. But it was good for the rain to last a little longer.”

Nathan said lightly.

Gussie felt furious about his words. This scumbag, this dirty old man. What would he do to her?

She only felt Nathan’s hot breath puff into her ears getting hotter and hotter, making her body hot too. The rain wet her skin, but she felt a sense of wetness gradually coming from her body.

The rain finally became lighter, but Gussie still stood beside Nathan and let him hug her in his arms.

When the rain stopped, she felt like she had woken up from a dream. She stepped back hastily and said, “The rain has stopped!”

The sun shone through clouds as thick as lead, and the air smelled of water vapor.

“Let’s go!” Nathan smiled with satisfaction, then walked out of the newsstand.

Gussie followed behind him, and when she walked a few meters away, she tossed a complicated glance at the newsstand.

“Am I poisoned?” Gussie sighed and patted her blushing cheeks lightly.

Nathan said with a frown, “You’re wet. Let’s get a hotel room and take a hot shower.”

Gussie was frightened and said, “What did you say?!”

Before she could react, Nathan took her to the nearest hotel and got a room.

Gussie was full of jumbled thoughts and was taken to the hotel room by him.

However, fortunately, Nathan was not really a beast, and he really just wanted to find a place to take a shower.

Gussie felt relief. After taking a bath, she wrapped her bathrobe tightly as if she was guarding against something.

Fortunately, Nathan didn’t do anything outrange to her, but he couldn’t help looking at her.

“A cup of hot coffee can keep you warm. Drink it, don’t catch a cold.” Nathan poured two cups of coffee and handed one to

Gussie.

Gussie was very vigilant. She grabbed the collar of her bathrobe with one hand and covered her breasts tightly, then took the coffee with the other hand and took a sip.

Nathan was dissatisfied with her movement. Why was she so vigilant? What about trust between people?

He flicked her forehead and said, “Did you forget how you got tricked that day? Are you even on guard?”

Gussie said in shock, “That’s because I trust you!”

“Didn’t you trust Victor?” Nathan said with a sneer.

“Well…” Gussie was speechless at his words, “Then what should I do.”

Nathan said, “At this time, you can ask me if there is any sugar or milk in this cup of coffee, and then find an excuse to

exchange the cup with me.”
