Chapter 244 An Ingenuous Move

As soon as Nathan followed Carl into the Water Association, he saw an acquaintance. It was Mr. Mandy, who had been beaten

up by Louie in the bar that day.

Mr. Mandy saw Nathan and pretended not to know him. But, when he passed by him, his eyes rested on him.

“Damn it, this Evans made me suffer so badly last time. This time I would not let him go unscathed!” Mr. Mandy cursed

inwardly.

Last time in the bar, he had spent 200,000 dollars only to be punched by Louie, who invested his heart with unremitting

resentment.

Nathan and Carl went to the VIP floor and were assigned a room respectively.

Carl was well–prepared. He had invited two massagers from Kogoli and Jepon respectively. When the two girls came in, they

bowed down to greet Nathan.

“Well… you wait for me in the room first. I have something to do.” Nathan said.

Two girls were stunned. They didn’t expect him to let them wait and doubted whether he was impotent at such a young age and needed drugs to recover his potency.

After finishing speaking, Nathan came out of the room and knocked on the door of the next room.

Carl came to open the door and asked with displeasure, “What’s the matter? I’m about to take off my pants!”

Nathan said, “Give me the car keys. I have something to do.”

Without further ado, Carl gave the car keys to Nathan, who went downstairs and drove the car, leaving the Water Association.

Not long after, Nathan pulled up at the door of Hannah’s house. He bought two cartons of cigarettes and knocked on the door.

Hannah opened the door and said in surprise, “Why are you here?”

Nathan said, “I come to visit the elders as well as have tea and then go home and sleep.”

When Warren saw Nathan come, he said with his face wreathed into a smile, “Mr. Evans is here. Please come in and sit down.”

Nathan said, “Mr. Ranchy, please don’t take me as an outsider. Just call me by my name!”

Rancy Group was now holding the joint project of Giradia Group and the land was given by Nathan. As a result, Warren was very grateful to Nathan.

He even turned a blind eye to the fact that his daughter had stayed at Nathan’s place all night.

Hannah was content with Nathan’s decency. She didn’t expect this guy to be so considerate that he had bought two cartons of cigarettes before the visit.

She felt that Nathan was probably paving the way for the future. Was he planning to marry her?

Thinking of this, she felt her heart brimful with joy. Although she felt that marrying Nathan would embarrass Natalie, it was

Natalie who handed Nathan over to her.

Nathan sat for twenty minutes and said goodbye to Hannah before he left.

As soon as he left, Hannah received a call from Mr. Mandy.

“Mr. Mandy, what’s up?” Hannah asked.

“Hannah, I’ve heard that you are in love with Nathan. Is that true?” Mr. Mandy asked in surprise.

“Yeah, what’s wrong?” Hannah asked calmly, without any intention of hiding.

Mr. Mandy gave an uh and said, “This person is not reliable. You’d better not choose him as your mate.”

Hannah immediately became unhappy and said, “Speak directly if you have something to say. Don’t beat around the bush!”

Mr. Mandy said, “I saw Nathan in the Water Association of Eastern Cherry Blossom. This guy went directly to the VIP floor. I think I need not explain for what he came there.”
