When Leon had finished his words, Nathan stopped being hard on him and asked his subordinates to drag him away.
Murcol was a big project that consumed so many building materials. What’s more, Johnson Group and Ranchy Group also used the supplies from Beasley Thomas’s building materials company.
If Anson Gofman wanted to knock down deputy Beasley Thomas, he certainly had to destroy his property first.
As it’s all known, the construction work of Murcol was dominated by Poly Capital. If Poly Capital was pulled off, Johnson Group and Ranchy Group would be just a piece of cake.
“It seems that the battle between the leader and the deputy of Dracodise of Neva Province has reached a peak. Only Louie’s sister–in–law was attacked before.” Nathan thought.
Nathan didn’t care about how they battled with each other, but he would be annoyed if it affected his business.
“I’ll take a trip to the Eastern Cherry Blossom in a while. I hope this idiot called Neva Province will know what’s good for him.” Nathan sneered.
After these troublemakers had left, he waved his hand to let everyone start working with ease and promised to give some compensation to the injured security guards.
The farce was now over.
Nathan smiled at Gussie and said, “See? No need to care about Dracodise or the Reagan family in Rikkus.”
“As long as you are vicious enough, everyone will be afraid of you!”
“Even devils fear the vicious. If you are as vicious as me, how does Flavia Reagan dare to bully you?”
Gussie was stunned. That made sense. But Nathan was so vicious that her scalp felt numb when she saw what he had done just
now.
That the members of Dracodise were frightened by him alone wasn’t for no reason. Who would not be afraid when his buddy was simply pierced by a steel bar?
Of course, Nathan’s viciousness was cultivated in the Devendill Prison, where the big villains would kill without blinking an eye. If he wasn’t vicious enough, he would have died a long time ago.
“Mr. Evans, I’m in so much pain. Can I have a half–day off and take a rest at home…” Gussie said bitterly.
She said this aggrievedly, for fear that this capitalist would force her to return to the company and continue to work with painful injuries.
Nathan smiled and said, “OK. This is considered a work–related injury and I will send you back to rest.”
He had already checked Gussie’s injuries, most of which were bruises. The worst one was the kick to her lower back, but luckily her bones were not injured, so it could be cured just with some medicine.
“Hey, don’t be so afraid of me. I treat my enemies as cruelly as a winter gale, but treat my friends as gently as a spring breeze.” Nathan said with a smile.
“Of course you do!” Gussie hurriedly agreed, but felt shuddering when she thought how Nathan dealt with those people just now. It was just too scary.
Nathan drove Gussie directly back to her apartment and then took on the important task of treating her injuries.
Gussie was too afraid to deal with her own injuries. But Nathan didn’t feel her pain, so he wiped alcohol and ointment on them, making them even more painful.

“Take off your shirt,” Nathan said calmly.
“What?” Gussie was taken aback.
“Why what? Can you wipe it on your lower back by yourself?” Nathan asked impatiently, “If you don’t take it off, I will do it!”
Gussie lifted up the hem of her shirt and said, “No need to take it off… It would be fine just to lift it up.”
She said with vigilance all over her face, and her eyes were looking at him as if she was guarding against a wolf.
