Chapter 432 Got Drunk

“Jade seems to be very angry with Natasha. Is it because Natasha allied herself with

Blood Skull?”

After leaving the restaurant, Wendy asked Nathan.

“No.”

Nathan shook his head with a half–smile. He was a little surprised. “It seems that you

have very good insight. You can guess it.”

Wendy said, “Come on, I’m the owner of a giant group. How can I be the president

without strength?”

Nathan responded, “Jade was angry that Natasha had chosen a team that was

opposite to hers. Those people have different ideas from Jade’s.”

Wendy was startled. “Who are they?”

Nathan said, “For example, the Mendez Family.”

Wendy said, “How do you know that? You have no information.”

Nathan shook his head, and said, “Natasha wants Jessica dead, which has shown her

cards. Besides, Gustave’s attendance here today. No one will be too foolish to guess.”

Wendy nodded thoughtfully. After a while, she came back to her senses. “You mean,

I’m stupid?!”

Nathan laughed. “I didn’t say that. You said it yourself!”

Wendy didn’t know the distribution of power and the situation in Emperia City. It was

quite normal not to know these things. Until now, Wendy remembered something. She

asked with concern, “How is your injury? Do you need to go to the hospital?”

Nathan said with a wry smile, “You finally realize it.”

After that, he reached out and said, “Give me a hand.”

Wendy lent her shoulder to him.

Nathan leaned on her shoulder and breathed a sigh of relief. “I thought Jade or I

would die today. The result was so dramatic.”

“A bullet went through both of us!”

“So, does it mean that there is an entanglement between us?”

Wendy said with a cold face. “No, it’s just a coincidence. Don’t think too much about

it.”

Nathan gave a self–deprecating smile. “Well. I appreciate her. I hope there won’t be

such a situation again.”

Wendy joked, “Are you kidding? Are you qualified to appreciate her? She’s Lieutenant

General!”

Nathan blushed. He gasped for a long time, and said, “Well, that’s true.”

Nathan didn’t go to the hospital. Wendy took him back to her house.

Then, he asked Rayburn for a medical kit, and he treated the wound himself.

The bullet went through his abdomen, and he didn’t lose too much Spiritual Energy

and Blood. The injury was not very serious.

However, he would be weak during this period.

Fortunately, everything was settled. Natasha was lost. He didn’t have to be on his

guard all the time as before. Although he liked that state very much, he was very tired!

After Nathan treated the wound, Wendy came over to ask him to eat.

The servant had already prepared a sumptuous dinner. Wendy also brought out the

wine that her father had been cellared for many years.

They made an agreement long before this fight. Whether they won or lost, they had to

have a drink.

“Can you drink?” Wendy asked worriedly.

“You don’t want to give me a drink, right? It’s too much to ask me about this! Fill my

glass!” Nathan said.
