Chapter 449 Vinogradov

There was an old saying in Hechland: Learn from barbarians to master the skills to

control them.

Since Noah was a foreign visitor, it was only natural that Nathan would use

foreigners to punish him.

Just because his identity as the brigadier of the political department was a sensitive

issue, it didn’t mean that he couldn’t get someone to teach Noah a lesson.

But of course, the person who did it must be of a certain background, otherwise,

Hechland would inevitably be dragged in, and

he did not have the confidence to risk that.

Noah arrogantly stared at Nathan despite his threatening to have him killed.

He wouldn’t believe he would lay a hand on him until he really did. What could

Nathan do to a high–position foreign visitor

such as himself!

There was another saying in Hechland: Even if you can’t deal with privileged

foreigners, you can still deal with an individual.

Natasha frowned as she looked at Nathan, “Who did you get? There shouldn’t be any

important people from Nievic left in Mimar City.”

“You’ll know later,” Nathan replied.

“Hurry up, I’m waiting for that person to kill me!” Urged Noah.

Nathan replied, “Don’t be impatient!”

Although Noah failed to use his status as a foreign visitor to overwhelm Nathan, he

made it a point to humiliate him. If he wasn’t able to find someone to get things done

after all his bragging, he would definitely be humiliated.

Not long after, an old white–haired foreign man who appeared to be about sixty years

old walked in wearing a black suit.

He was thin and was about five foot nine in height. But aside from that, he didn’t look

like he had anything special about him.

But his appearance made Natasha frown.

“Vinogradov!” Natasha exclaimed.

Vinogradov was one of the big oligarchs in Nievic with the same reputation as

Gusinski. Though he owned fewer assets than Gusinski, the head of the Central

Bank, his methods were extremely sinister and vicious.

Even Gusinski, the big oligarch, had to be careful when getting along with Vinogradov,

or he might accidentally fall into one of

his traps.

The oligarchs in Nievic had strange relationships with one another. They competed

with one another but yet, they were united.

They coveted one another’s assets but worked together to go against the Nievic

government. They could be at war just a second before, then shaking hands and

making peace the next.

Vinogradov was the reason why William was acting so arrogant in front of Nathan

before.

Even Natasha didn’t expect Vinogradov to come to Hechland, and it seemed that he

and Nathan had reached some kind of secret agreement.

“Mr. Vinogradov?!” David was also taken aback. He didn’t expect that the person

Nathan had called upon was someone of such

power.

Noah was also shocked, and murmured, “The big oligarch Vinogradov of Nievic?!”

Vinogradov smiled slightly at Nathan, and said, “Hello, Mr. Nathan, so for what did you

call an old man like me over?”

Behind Vinogradov stood several bodyguards. They were all selected from Nievic’s

army, and they were elitists. His line of

protection was even more impressive than that of a president.

“Mr. Vinogradov, I had no choice. There’s a brat from Park Group who acted up with

me, and I wanted to teach him a lesson, but I couldn’t do so myself.” Nathan said

awkwardly as he smiled.
