The guardian's sword by Taking Cigarette novel Chapter 1752

Hearing that, Claremento’s eyes finally lit up.

Lisha was indeed the older daughter. At least, she was a little more sensible than Aria. She was aware that she could not be impulsive and reckless. However, it was based on the fact that she was telling the truth.

As Claremento thought about it, Aria screamed, “Lisha, you’re making things up! You’re lying! You’re guilty, so you were scared to speak!”

“I’m not guilty! I’m not the one who did something bad. Why should I feel guilty?” Lisha said immediately.

“Do you have proof? Do you have proof that I told Lowich to kill you and Jagoan?” Aria asked immediately.

After thinking about it, Lisha said, “The area where the hooligans gave us trouble last night is right at the end of the food street. It should have surveillance monitors. Besides, Grandpa Timaeus and Shirley are my and Jagoan’s witnesses.”

Aria scoffed upon hearing Lisha’s remark.

“Do you think I haven’t looked for surveillance footage of that area? Lisha, the surveillance cameras there are already broken. You knew that, so you deliberately chose that spot to attack Lowich and me!”

“Besides, Timaeus and Shirley are so close to you that they would lie and perjure themselves for you! Their remarks can’t be used as proof!”

Aria’s retort rendered Lisha speechless with fury. In this way, she had no proof!

Aria continued saying angrily, “But I have proof. I have enough proof. Just wait and see if you don’t believe me!”

With that said, Aria turned to look at the captain of the personal guards at the door and commanded loudly, “Go to the entrance of the mayor’s residence and fetch Young Master Rapido!”

Rapido?

What does this have to do with Rapido?

Lisha was confused, and Jagoan’s face turned grim.
