“Brother Onyx, I had my eye on a necklace the last time I went shopping. It costs tens of thousands of dollars. Buy it for me!” The short-haired woman on the left said with a smile.
“No problem. Buy it!” Onyx laughed.
The woman with long hair on the right also said with a coquettish chuckle. “I want one too. I’ve had my eye on a bag for a long time but was reluctant to buy it. Brother Onyx, why don‘t you buy it for me?”
“Okay, okay, okay. Buy! Buy all of them!”
Onyx pulled both women into his arms, one with each hand.
Just then, there was a banging on the door.
“Come in…” Onyx still had his arms around the two women in an arrogant manner.
A young blonde-haired man pushed the door and came in. It was Luca, the leader of the trio that had failed to assault Yvonne that night.
As soon as Luca came in, he said, “Brother Onyx, I’ve brought men to teach a lesson to that family from the slum! Unfortunately, there was only a woman at home, so I broke her legs!”
“Why are you bothering me with such a minor issue?” Onyx said indignantly.
“I just came to inform you. I have to tell you about such things, don’t I?” Luca looked enviously at Onyx, his eyes darting back and forth over the two women in his arms.
Suddenly, there was a roar from outside.
“Onyx Kaiser, get the f*ck out!”
Onyx clutched the railing with both hands and looked down into the first-floor lobby to see the city defense soldiers pouring through the door and Amber and Nathalia at the front!
With his hands on his back, Nathalia looked around and shouted again.
Nathalia‘s yelling scared the customers in the first-floor lobby so much that they fled. Soon the lobby was left with Nathalia, Amber, and the city defense soldiers pouring in.
