Everyone in Midwich knew the Jensen family. Everyone knew the heir of the Jensen family. No matter where he went in Midwich, everyone gave face to him and respectfully called him, Young Master Jensen.
However, this man indirectly called him an idiot and a loser who bullied others because of their father’s power.
How could he stand that?
“Son of a b*tch, who are you scolding?!” Jonathan stared at Amber and yelled.
Pointing his finger at Jonathan, Anne snapped unceremoniously, “I’m scolding you! What can you do?”
Jonathan was shaking with anger and sneering. “Okay! Okay! Okay! It’s the first time I’ve met someone who dared to scold me! You’re screwed! You guys are screwed! I’m telling you. I will…”
Before Jonathan could finish speaking, Anne strode up to him. Then Anne grabbed Jonathan by the neck and lifted him out of his chair.
“Punk, who did you say is screwed? Say that again!”
Jonathan‘s cheeks reddened, and he was instantly speechless.
Amber in the distance said flatly, “Anne, don’t argue with a nobody like him…”
Anne responded, loosened the collar of Jonathan’s clothes, and set him down. However, Jonathan bared his teeth.
A nobody?
How dare this guy call me a nobody?!
Jonathan glared at Anne and Amber and said coldly, “You have a lot of nerve and arrogance! But you won’t be arrogant for much longer. The train will arrive at Midwich in half an hour, and I will show you regret and despair!”
There was a slap.
Anne slapped Jonathan in the face, knocking him to the ground.
“How dare you hit me…” Clutching his reddening face, Jonathan looked at Anne in
“So what if I hit you?!” Anne said unceremoniously.
As soon as Anne spoke, he raised his hand again and slapped Jonathan in the face.
This time, Anne slapped him harder than earlier, and Jonathan spun before falling to the ground and unable to get up.
