Cindy following Dora did not forget to add.
“Mr. Lennon isn’t only an excellent doctor, but he’s also an excellent fighter. Did he have to sabotage Old Master Davis when he’s that capable? Use your head and think about it.”
Carson finally came to his senses and lowered his head in shame.
In the bedroom, Theodore was already groaning with pain. He was lying in bed, unable to move.
The moment he saw Jamie, he wanted to sit up, but he could not.
Seeing the weak Theodore, Dora frowned. “How did this happen? This wouldn’t have happened after the special needle treatment unless someone did it on purpose. Someone sent you medicine in my name. Let me check what it’s made of.”
Several of Theodore’s staff hurried away to fetch the medicine as Dora had ordered.
When Dora saw the medicine, anger appeared in his eyes.
“Nonsense! It’s poisonous. Old Master Davis’ leg just managed to move. Using this is like putting your feet in an ice bucket after soaking them in warm water! It could have gotten worse, but fortunately, I got here in time.”
As he spoke, Dora inserted a few cold needles into several of Theodore’s acupoints.
Blood clots soon came out of the acupoints. The pain on Theodore’s face eased a little.
Dora quickly took out a pen and paper to write.
Hearing this, Theodore’s servant immediately followed Dora’s instructions.
