“I love you. What’s wrong with my love turning into hate?”
Zander snapped, “Bullshit! You’re just after Mr. Lennon!
You’re pathetic!”
“Let her go,” Sean said.
“But look into her company. I think we should give her a taste of what it’s like to go bankrupt.”
The rich woman froze in place when she heard that.
The rich woman begged Sean, “No! You can’t do that! I’m sorry. It’s all my fault.
“Forgive me. I can do anything. Please don’t make me bankrupt!”
The people present ignored her, while Zander grabbed the rich woman without hesitation.
As if grabbing a chicken, he dragged the rich woman out of the building.
As soon as the rich woman left, Daniel let out a sigh.
“Peace at last.”
Sean said nothing but nodded in agreement.
The next night, the company staff headed outside after work.
An ordinary-looking man came to an inconspicuous corner outside the company.
He jumped up like a gazelle, climbed to the second floor, opened the window, and sneaked in.
The man, who did not make a sound, subtly avoided the camera and silently moved within the company building.
Soon, he had almost reached the top floor.
When he arrived outside Sean’s office, the man sneered to himself.
He took a letter opener and a finger-length steel wire from his arms to pick the office lock.
There was a click.
The smile on the man’s face widened as the lock was opened.
