“Oh? Judging from your reaction, is Mr. Lennon here? You’re quick to respond, but how can he break through a door made of metal? He can only stand outside the door and listen to your screams. Hahaha!” The man glanced at the entrance nearby before saying darkly.
Millie and Cynthia’s eyes darkened again. They also saw the door when they were brought in just now. It was made of solid metal, so there was no way it could be forced open so easily.
Bang! Bang!
There was a series of loud bangs as if a ferocious beast was banging on the door outside.
The man’s expression changed slightly as he immediately ducked aside to hide.
Boom!
As soon as he ducked, the metal door flew straight toward him. If he had not gotten out of the way first, he would have been hit by the metal door.
Clang!
The metal door banged against the wall, making a loud deafening noise.
Optimus members in Greenrie Cathedral’s courtyard were startled by the sudden loud noise.
“F*ck! What happened? Is there an earthquake?”
“This is insane. How could it be an earthquake? I’m afraid Mr. Lennon found something that made all this noise!”
“Gosh. What are they doing inside to cause such a commotion? Shall we go in and have a look?”
“You can go in if you want. I’m scared. Even an expert like Mr. Lennon made such a commotion. How strong can the people inside be? We’ll only be a nuisance to Mr. Lennon if we go in!”
Seeing Jagoan’s arrival, Millie sobbed.
She said to Jagoan, “Mr. Lennon, help Cynthia! I can give you anything you want! I’ll go back and ask my father to pay you 200 million, 500 million, or even one billion!”
Now that Jagoan appeared, she knew she had accomplished her task, and she could no longer suppress her death wish.
“Don’t worry. She won’t die…” Jagoan glanced at the man before saying to Cynthia, “Stop thinking about dying. Aren’t you only disfigured? I can fix the wounds on your face. Millie is waiting to go home with you. What will she do if you die?”
