Chapter 938

“What do you

mean?”

Samuel asked Kent, frowning.

Kent was silent for a few seconds before repeating what he said.

“It means I don’t support or refute your ideas.

“It’s up to Willow to do what she wants. I won’t stand in the way or interfere.”

Hearing Kent’s answer, everyone looked at each other. They wanted to say something but did not know what.

“Hopefully, you won’t regret your decision today when Sean brings down Willow.”

Old Madam Quinn looked at Kent with dismay in her eyes.

She knew better than anyone how stubborn Kent was.

Once he made up his mind, no one could change it.

He did not want to help persuade Willow, so he would not do it even if they held a knife to

his neck.

“I’m fine as long as Willow doesn’t regret it.”

With that said, Kent slowly rose to his feet.

“You said it yourself.

“You said you’re not going to get involved, so don’t get in my way when I talk to Willow.”

Fion got up and said as she looked at Kent solemnly.

“Okay…”

Kent paused for two seconds before finally nodding.

“Fion, I didn’t expect you to be so sensible.

“I was wrong about you.”

Old Madam Quinn looked at Fion, pleased.

The others chimed in too.

Fion responded with a smile, but inside she sneered even more.

She knew that the Quinn family was fake and opportunistic.

They were nice to them because Willow was valuable to the Quinn family.

However, Fion would not expose them even if she saw through them.

Fion thought she would have a higher status when Willow married Quill.

With that in mind, Fion looked forward to it.

Maybe Sean’s fancy cars and villa could satisfy her vanity temporarily.

However, the Zimmer family’s partnership with Jen–Bond Holdings would guarantee Fion a lavish life.

“Okay, go back first. I’ll wait to hear from you.

“Remember not to waste any time.

“It will be too late after two days.”
