Chapter 141 You’re Disgusting
Nell quickly opened a presidential suite and helped Boris inside.
It was already late at night.
Boris had actually consumed a fair amount of alcohol that evening, and now that the alcohol had hit him, he stumbled and collapsed onto the sofa as soon as he entered the room.
Since Nell couldn’t carry Boris any further, she went to get a thin blanket and covered him with it.
At this point, the hotel staff had delivered hangover pills and water.
After thanking the waiter, Nell went to the sofa and whispered, “Mr. Lewis, please take some pills and drink some water.”
Boris had his arm over his eyes and couldn’t tell whose voice it was, but he subconsciously assumed it was Ziana.
He relaxed and murmured, “Feed me.”
What?
Nell was shocked. This was the first time Mr. Lewis had ever made such a request.
However, as an excellent assistant, Nell hesitated for only a second before deciding to comply.
After all, he didn’t want to lose his job or be sent to Firia!
Nell poured the water into a ladle and brought it to Boris’s lips, spoonful by spoonful.
At this point, Boris was nothing like the cu**ing strategist he was during the day.
When the water was almost finished, Nell was about to breathe a sigh of relief when Boris suddenly shook violently.
He couldn’t believe what was happening as he looked at Boris’s hand.
Boris’s hand was holding onto Nell’s and rubbing his fingers on the back of his hand, sending
shivers down Nell’s spine!
What the hell…
What was going on here…
In a split second, Nell’s body reacted before his mind caught up.
He tried to withdraw his hand, but Boris held on tightly. He had to exert a little force, and Boris opened his eyes, displeased.
Their eyes met.
When Boris closed his eyes, he saw Ziana, but when he opened them, he suddenly found Nell. It was an indescribable feeling.
Boris glared at Nell and said angrily, “What are you doing here?”
Nell thought, “I’d love to leave, but aren’t you the one holding me back?”
He coughed and said, “Mr. Lewis, please let go of my hand.”
Boris realized he was holding Nell’s hand and immediately let go, grumbling, “Nell, you’re disgusting!”
Nell was speechless, “Mr. Lewis, it was you who insisted on touching my hand…”
As Nell spoke, he met Boris’s threatening gaze, causing him to quickly change his tune, “Alright, fine. It was me who put my hand in yours, Mr. Lewis.”
“Get out,” Boris warned coldly, “Don’t tell anyone what happened tonight!”
Nell felt like he had been pardoned and quickly made his escape.
The hangover soup had done its job to some extent.
Boris sat in a daze for a while, then took a shower before finally lying down on the bed and falling
into a deep sleep.
He wasn’t sure if it was due to the alcohol or something else, but he dreamt of his first meeting with
Ziana.
It was in Lewis’ backyard.
Eighteen-year-old Ziana, wearing a white dress, has bright features and brown curly hair.
She stood in a colorful flower bed, looking just as beautiful as the spring.
When she saw him, she smiled and said, “Hi, I’m your fiancée. I’m satisfied with you, so I’m here to
fulfill our engagement. You have the right to refuse, but if you refuse me, I will go to someone
else.”
Boris’s drunkenness had a real impact on Ziana.
She didn’t sleep well all night because of him, so she woke up very grumpy the next morning.
Viewers of the show could feel her depression through the screen.
[What’s wrong with Ziana? She doesn’t seem very happy. Hey, where’s Mr. Lewis?]
[I came here around six in the morning, and Mr. Lewis was not there…]
Get Bonus
[Weren’t they sleeping in the same room last night? Does anyone know what happened?]
