“Go to the police station and retrieve Darlene’s body,” Sean said with an immense sense of grief. 

Anthony was struck dumb, and he immediately exclaimed, “What? Is she dead?” 

He continued, cursing. “How could she die now? She didn’t die earlier or later, but right now? What about our plans? What about the Lewis family? The Arte family is on the verge of collapse. Damn it, I knew she was useless. She promised me every day that she would take down the Lewis family. How 

could she be so useless!” 

A bullet shot out of the muzzle, piercing through Anthony’s palm, causing blood to gush out instantly. 

Anthony looked at his own bloody and mangled hand, howling in pain. “My hand! My…..” 

Before he could continue howling, he looked up and saw the pitch-black barrel of the gun pointed at his own forehead, rendering him speechless. 

“In ten minutes, drive to the police station and retrieve Darlene’s body,” Sean said, shaking the 

gun, “Do you understand?”
